Olly Shead was a really personable salesman whose communication via telephone and video was on another level. I was slightly nervous doing a long distance high value purchase but Olly made the whole process straightforward and i had a high level of confidence in him which he duly delivered with aplomb. Old Ben
Ben (old) made the buying process very easy from start to finish, I'd spent a while shopping around for a car that ticked all the boxes and Redline came up trumps. They're a great company to do business with and super quality vehicles backed by the best warranty cover which they underwrite themselves! I have no hesitation in recommending such a professional vehicle retailer!

I have bought a few cars from Redline now and I have to say, each time has been seamless and they genuinely do care about your experience throughout the process. I don't live locally which can create some logistical issues but not with Redline! The team always go above and beyond to accomodate your needs and take away the aggravation! We've just recently sorted a Range Rover Sport and I've already asked Tom to see if he's able to find another vehicle as they are very well connected and I'm sure a nicely spec'd car will surface very quickly. If you're apprehensive, its understandable, but Redline are genuine and take pride in their reputation!

What can I say, and absolute pleasure!!
I have bought many cars in my life, but this one was to be a special one for me, and after a lot of searching, I found the perfect car at Redline.
I had a drive up with my other half (we are about 40 mins away) and I will give an account of what happened.
We pulled up outside, and there are some amazing cars on the forecourt (GT4's, 488's 911's etc) and it was not long before I spotted the Mach 1 that I had come to see. It was in amongst a few cars, but I had a good look over it. At no point was I hassled or pestered, just left to it (which is EXACTLY what I wanted)
Really liked the car, so thought we would take a closer look, went in to the showroom, and it was lovely, some really high end stuff in there, and I cannot lie, I was feeling a little out of my depth. Spoke to a wonderful chap on reception, and he was just fantastic, did not judge us and had a good little chat. He got a salesperson for me (another great chap called Oliver) and he showed me round the car, and asked if I would like to take it for a spin. Hell yes I would!
Went inside and did some paperwork, and he gave me some trade plates, and suggested where I drive it. What a top idea!! I didnt know the area, and the roads he sent me down were just what the car needed.
No pressure sales, no hard sell, just good (amazing) service.
If you read some of my other reviews, you will see that I have been to a few other car places, and not all are very good. Redline are genuinely, fantastic, and I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.
Ollie is a true credit to the dealership, and he has made this journey one to remember, for all the right reasons! Thank you!!!

Brilliant service, they delivered the car to us and picked our old one up saving us 120 mile round trip. Ollie was especially good and helped us no end, 6* if possible.

Positive experience
Redline has a car I was interested in, and I rang up and spoke to Ben. Ben sorted out everything for me, including delivery to my door, communication was great. Overall made the experience as hassle free as I think is possible.

Great service/experience
What a great place to buy a car from, I bought my car from here 6 months ago (why so long to write the review you ask) well because i never leave them ever and most of us never do. But these people are exceptional in both the sales experience and aftercare hence the need for some recognition where its due.
I bought a trade-in car that they had in stock (cheapest on site at the time i think) and they couldn't of been nicer. Answered all my questions, had a lovely test drive the works. Even let the family look around the amazing cars they had there so the 8 & 11 year old boys had a great time even while car shopping with their dad.
So why review now, i bought one of their warranties and my car just had a minor issue. Took it to my local garage to get it checked over and contacted these guys about the problem/warranty cover. 10 minutes later all sorted work can go ahead car gets fixed asap and I'm on my way. Literally couldn't have been faster/easier.
This place is 5 stars and i wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again
