I was wary of ordering from them as I had seen a fake Barbour site and the price seemed too much of a bargain. I called them and it was genuine, the sales assistant was very helpful so I ordered a jacket. Excellent service, it arrived after 2 working days.

Ordered a Joules gilet from this shop, for my mum. The item was too small and so I wanted to exchange or return it.
I did visit the website and didn't see the returns info, at a first glance, so I called the store. The gentleman wasn't very forthcoming and just told me to 'look at the website as everything was there.' I wanted to ask about exchange but just felt like it was inconvenient for him to talk to me.
When I located the instructions for return, on the website, I found the stipulations very long winded and precise but followed them, non the less. Including my details, exact time of purchase etc.
The item was recorded as being received back, to Redrae, on the 8th February. It is now the 19th February and after two phone calls and one email, I have not had a response or refund.
I appreciate that it is a busy and confusing time for everyone but it is totally unfair to not issue a refund after so long.
Really disappointed.
Update:
After writing this review I received an email from Red Rae stating that they 'had only just noticed my email' and had now refunded me. This was incorrect as 24 hours later, I still have not been refunded.
I intend to telephone them tomorrow and update this review accordingly.

I ordered a coat from Red Rae which was delivered promptly, however was too small. The website states Free Returns so I emailed to ask how to go about it. Was told to send tracked as the item was my responsibility until they received it back. I ordered the next size up but was sent a coat 2 sizes bigger which was too large and again had to be returned. I finally got the correct size which I am very happy with but have never been refunded my postage despite repeated emails. I spent £19 on postage making it a very expensive coat.

Do not use this company. No response to warranty issues. Avoid!!!!?? Product sent back four weeks ago and no answer.
