USA Buyer Beware
Going to be the first and last time I buy from RedWolf Airsoft. Recently bought a TM Scar L from them. It came with a broken stock release button. Message them about it they claim I broke it and would have to pay for replacement part. If your in the US and have to buy from this company be sure record your opening and inspection of the airsoft gun you order. If not they are going to place blame on you and have you pay for the replacement part.

Hi Moua, we're sorry about your unfortunate experience. Our team conducted a full check on the gun when we installed the orange tip for your purchase. At the time the stock was working fine. There was no record of customs opening the box, and the rifle is fully protected inside a box. Without damage to the box, it's hard to determine the cause of the breakage on that thick plastic part. We understand that you have purchased that replacement part and it's on the way to you. Sorry again for this.

My frist time ordering to ireland. There customer service was excellent got my order within two week no additional customs charges. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again when they have more stock

Great website and customer support
Redwolf is my go to for ordering airsoft guns, parts and accessories. I’ve had some issues with customs and imports into the US and redwolf customer support was super helpful and quick to respond. I absolutely recommend this shop.

One of the best sides to buy if your outside Europe because of vat fees and some similar taxes
i was scrolling on the website and was suprised on how cheap the airsofts were...
so bought a umarex/vfc ump45 with holo and a few mags
after the shipping i got hit with the tax which was an extra 130 USD (900 danish krones)

However even if you count the local taxes in Denmark, the total ending price you paid in buying from us should still be cheaper. My ignored inquiry
I contacted RedWolf Airsoft on March 13, 2025, asking if I could reserve a limited edition Han Solo blaster with a deposit, since I wouldn’t have the funds until summer cause I’m a student. Their automated response promised a reply within 24 hours, but after a week of follow-ups, I got no response at all.
Now the blaster is sold out, and I never even got an answer. For a time-sensitive, limited edition item, this is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping with them again. Luckily, JK Army has it in stock.

Never written a review for Airsoft products but Redwolf definitely influenced me to leave a review on them, has been my go to site for a few months now and It’s been amazing, had one problem in about 10 orders where ups sent my package back to Redwolf and they got my package to me using a different delivery method in 3 days. Can’t get any better, they also have an amazing selection for parts and guns. Couldn’t recommend more A+++

I (from Europe) bought from RedWolf Airsoft a SIG Sauer M17 P320 CO2 Airsoft Pistol - TAN (by SIG AIR & VFC) - 6mm.
I grant them 5/5 stars because but not limited to:
1. Best price of the item all over the world.
2. Even I didn't ask them, I had the pleasant surprise to see their Custom declaration (when received it) with a price of 1/3 of the value of the purchased item so the VAT I paid to the import was drastically reduced
WHAT SHOULD THEY IMPROVE:
the shipping fees for small and little weight items. For example: I renounced to buy a mini red dot sight + a mounting plate, all of them having a total weight of no more 100 grams because at the checkout the shipping fees were more than 30 USD !? ... and this is not normal at all

Hi Cornel, thank you for your positive feedback. We will take a look at our shipping prices and see if we can do something better. Yes even though you added some items that only weighed, if the items expanded the total dimensions of the package, then it may increase the price by a bit more than expected. The shipping priced is based on dimensions of the package in addition to the weight. So if we tried to ship you a big cube of styrofoam that only weighed 100g, the shipping companies have a formula where they calculate the "dimensional weight" to be several kilograms, even if the real weight is only 100g. We will take a look at your order anyways to see if we can further optimize the weight calculation for the future. Thank you very much for your feedback!

Hi Philip, we are very sorry about the massive delay which is not normal. I'm not sure if you were aware of some recent issues surrounding President Trump's executive orders but this impacted customs clearance and unfortunately your package was one of several that were held / delayed. We have resolved the issue by adapting to some changes that occurred at the US Customs and Border control, and these delays should be avoided in the future. We are really sorry about the long delay but at the same time we are glad the package successfully delivered to you.
