Lid Elixir - total utter rubbish and expensive at that
I bought the lid exilirs after watching lots of tutorials and sales videos on social media. I asked AI for some reviews, these were positive. The products are £26 each, I bought both colours.
They do not do what they say they do. They don't stay. They rub off during wear, they sit in the creases and wrinkles.
Customer service is awful and told me to use other products to help it stay put like primer or eyeshadow. This is supposed to be a one and done product. It isn't that. Its rubbish. Expensive, rubbish. They don't have a customer satisfaction returns policy. After chasing customer service twice more I was accused of expecting an immediate response, that was a total lie. I waited 24 hours which I think is fair when I've spent £52 and am pleading for advice on making the product work.
I feel conned and foolish for believing what I saw. AI said that their reviews are all controlled as they are all on social media, so that is why I've added them onto Trustpilot so that honest reviews can be seen, positive or negative.
