The procedure was well explained by the staff and the DO, as were the expectations honestly shared. Both about when to expect improvement and how long it would be effective. Then the procedure was done easily without any complications.
Within a couple of months the improvement was very good and continued to improve. Probably peaked at 3 months and has continued. I felt like I could begin to exercise and just finished 10 weeks of PT. The joint still has some limits which I expected due to arthritic changes but I am much stronger and have more mobility and far less pain.
I have recommended this PRP procedure and Regenexx as well as Dr. Dixon to my friends.

While I'm grateful for the PICL and outcome, I feel I have not resolved all the issues. And I don't know how to go about asking questions without bothering the doctor with emails. I wish they had nurse-assistants that we could talk with to get some input.

I am amazed that I have improved so much! Dr. Bhat at Spine and Pain Associates in Raleigh did an excellent job. I went from a wheelchair part time to a walker to a normal gait. I have recommended this procedure to several of my friends.

Process was a little longer than expected, but the outcome was good. No knee pain at all.

Several weeks ago I left a VM for Devon to schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Markle no call back for over a week and a half but after another VM, I was offered an appointment almost a month later which I confirmed. When my phone rang I immediately picked up receiving a dead connection and when immediately attempting to call back, received main automated message with only two options (new pt. and enter first four letters of MD. This failed after repeated tries and I tried Billing Dept. where I reached a helpful person who contacted Anna who told her to tell me she (Anna) would call back ASAP (no call back next two days). Then on 6-29, I received an email stating I had an in-person appointment at noon with Dr. Markle which was impossible to attend due to my location a significant distance from the clinic. I am now at a loss at how to proceed due to no options to speak to anyone via the main phone menu (except the billing/accounts department). Having received excellent care via a functional process in the past I am greatly concerned with the current system.

It has continued to keep my back pretty pain free . I would recommend to anyone!
