Still none the wiser
I am going to Upminster station and I don't live in London so when I see my car ULEZ charge exemption but congestion charge required I still don't know if I am liable for my visit from Ipswich A14 - M25

Regit is really great website I've got my car's in there digital garage and i can view all my details on them and keep up to date with my vehicle's to get reminders about tax/MOT and insurance
