Ian who is our Rentokil Technician is very prompt, reliable and good to work with.

Does his checks quickly and efficiently, very good in his communication skills when explain a problem or just letting us know what he is checking.

Absolutely appalling company.

First off they lost my payment and within days threatened court action.

That took days to resolve.

Then when I cancelled the service, they refused to refund me the £210.... six weeks and waiting.

Incompetent thieves the lot of them.

Toby Rideout is very friendly and has done a great jod and has always shown a polite and frendly attitude while on site. a great asset to your company

Quick to respond. Very knowledgeable about the problem. Talked me through the proposed actions and rationale behind them. Treatment booked and carried out efficiently. Not the cheapest but well worth the cost for the knowledge and results. Recommend them because they know exactly what they are doing.

Contacted Rentokil regarding a pest issue, said they could send a surveyor out,cost would be £120, I paid the money, they told me someone would contact me same day before 1500,to arrange a visit. Nobody contacted me for the rest of the day,or the next morning. I rang up to complain,saying I have paid but they haven't delivered what they said they would. Visit was eventually arranged .I contacted Rentokil by phone ,2nd of April and lodged a formal complaint. I complained that the surveyor had been, but couldn't offer a permanent solution,ands that given the length of time the surveyor had been at the property, less than 40 minutes,I believed the charge was excessive. I was told that my complaint was referred to a manager, and they may contact me same day to discuss, but with it being Easter,contact might be made following Tuesday.It is now Wednesday, and no one has been in touch.So it now twice they have broken their promise.I asked for a refund of the £120, because of thier disappointing level of service, which is what I believe fully warranted, it appears in my case, Rentokil took my money,broke our agreement, and won't reply to my complaint, not good.
