repaird.uk recovered data from hard drive and upgraded PC to Windows 11. These people are so helpful. They collected the PC from my home, and it was all done and returned within a 24hour frame. I'm no I.T person but with them no worries at all.

Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be happier. They collected and returned the laptop. Called me and took me through the repair options. Repair was done well. 6 month gurantee on repair.

Great place, Great price, Great quality
This was my second time going! I went first time with my own laptop for a battery change, they sorted it out, I was a returning customer second time around due to a special promo and they even reached out to me, which was even nicer. I got my Wifes laptop battery changed and they even went far and beyond on my laptop fixing the hinges and some issue with the motherboard and of course the reason I took it in the first place, was because it was not turning off properly. I would highly recommend it. It is good priced- good guys and great area.

Terrible Customer Service and Mismanagement – Avoid This Company at All Costs
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with them
Poor Communication: Throughout the three-week repair period, I received no updates and the tracking system provided was non-functional.
Misdelivery: Despite informing the company twice about my new address, my laptop was sent to my old address, causing significant inconvenience.
Work Impact: The three weeks without my work laptop caused considerable disruption to my professional life.
Given these issues, I requested a full refund for the repair and delivery service. However, the overall experience was stressful.
I strongly advise against using Repaird The level of mismanagement and poor customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable service.

Superb service.
Using this company was so easy! Booked online and my computer was collected by a very friendly person named Dave. There is a sort of tracking system on their website that allows you to see how the work is progressing. I was phoned with a reasonable price for the repair and once paid the computer was delivered back to me in 2 days. I even received follow up texts asking if I was happy with the work. It is so refreshing to experience this level of customer service.
