Reputation X has done an excellent job for our company. They deleted nearly all negative online content placed by a very active detractor, and pushed down the rest.

Very happy with the service
They helped me out of a sticky situation with a blogger. I was pretty upset about what the blogger had written because it wasn't true - not entirely anyway. I called Reputation X for an estimate of what it would cost to "fix". But they just gave me advice, at no charge. It consisted mainly of being "really nice", contacting the blogger through the contact page on his site and explaining inaccuracies. But - importantly - they said too that I "suggest" the blogger make a few changes to the headline and the text they'd written - but without deleting the post. It disappeared in about two weeks from our searches. I was very happy with the service provided, especially since they didn't charge me for it. They said the best payment is writing a review somewhere. :-)
