We had our resin driveway installed by this company just over 3 years ago, costing us £12,000. Unfortunately, within 18 months it started cracking. I contacted Zak on several occasions, but despite repeated promises nothing was ever done.

The latest excuse given was that the manufacturer supplied poor quality materials and that lockdown caused delays. However, we’ve given them more than enough time and opportunity to put things right, and they have chosen not to.

For such a high price, the driveway should have lasted many more years. Instead, we are left with a badly deteriorated surface and no aftercare or accountability from the company.

Very disappointing service — I would strongly advise others to think carefully before spending their hard-earned money here.

BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. This company has taken £4.5k off us for a partially finished resin drive that we estimate cost them £220 in materials. They promised to repay £4k because they agreed the work was substandard and incomplete. They have totally failed on their promises. So BE CAREFUL. Get a second opinion, don’t pay a penny up front, don’t expect them to follow through on their warranty or promises. Once they have your money they will just walk away

I love my drive, staff polite everything was organised from the groundworks to the installation of the Resin. I couldn’t fault this company and all my neighbours want theirs done now.

Be very wary of this Company. I engaged them to dig out, infill, tarmac, and lay a resin bound topping.

Day 1, they didn't turn up.
Day 2, Two men arrived at 10am, sat in the van for an hour, then one got out and used a pick axe for one hour, to lift 8sqm of block paving. He then got back in the van for an hour. Then they left.
Day 3, they didn't turn up. I phoned, and they couldn't guarantee when they would turn up either.
I spoke to the office and cancelled the contract.
Day 4, I had a 2 yard skip delivered and spent an hour filling it with the block paving.
Again, be very wary.
This is a true and honest assessment of my dealings with this Company.
