I have several items from Resoluna, which I love and wear often as a fitness studio owner. I love the patterns, fit, quality, and wear of all I have purchased. I recently had my first issue with an order. The customer service team was outstanding and rectified the issue immediately. I appreciate the service as a customer and business owner!

I had bought yoga leggings from this company under its previous name and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time was very different. My order arrived with the wrong item. I ordered leggings but received shorts instead! I had a large international order so I had paid significant shipping and duty charges, making the mistake even more frustrating. They acknowledged that they had shipped the wrong item, because they were sold out of the item I had ordered (who does that?!) and we agreed they would send me a different size of the item I had ordered. I never received the promised replacement and my emails are being left unanswered. The business is not well ran and their practices are underwhelming. They took my money and sent me something I did not order, want or need. This is unheard of in this day and age.
