Repair conducted quickly. Pleasant personnel.

Very efficient, engineer turned up in the time slot, completed the job in good time, checked to see if my other appliances needed anything doing. We have used respond services a handful of times and they have always been great.

Good service and washing machine fixed but steep cost for minor issues with the drum seal.

Service was fine, but there was a sensor underneath the filter system at the drainage opening. The manual did not mention it to be cleaned at all. The dirty sensor caused the drainage to stop, with two indicators flashing. Simple cleaning of the sensor should avoid an expensive engineer visit. Poor instructions: the manual is missing the sensor cleaning job.

Our engineer who came to fix my washing machine was fab. He was on time, polite, efficient and sorted the issue super quick.

Engineer phoned me to confirm he was on his way. I told him exactly what had happened for my washing machine to stop working and he did his checks and confirmed the fault within ten minutes
Heating element was corroded. He put me at ease and said he should have a new one and went and got it from his van. He then fixed the new one into machine and gave it a thorough check. He said everything is working and waited whilst I put a washing load on so I could see everything was working properly.
The engineer Ian has attended to my machine several times and is always polite, answers any questions I have and always speaks in a friendly manner and very helpful and knowledgeable.
He is an asset to the company.

Engineer was running very late, but he phoned to let me know, and still attended to repair my oven, even though it was very late in the evening. Once at the house the repair was made very quickly.

The engineer was very quick and effecient fixing our dishwasher. However, it took over 2 hours trying to fix up an appointment with a robot! and we gave up trying to take out the service agreement as we were put through to someone who never picked up! So we ended up paying for the one- off alternative. In conclusion, the engine was great but the administration very poor!

Pleasant young man quickly identified and corrected the problem with my washing machine (burnt out element) and after he left I found that the beep that alerts you to when the cycle has finished had been restored - hadn't worked for ages and I had forgotten about it. Very pleased.

The repair man that attended our house was very good. Helpful. Good quality work.

Arrived on time, friendly ,identified problem and fixed it… or rather them. He gave us advice on the best use of our oven … something the installer never did or you read in the manuals.
