I would recommend this company and this training to anyone looking to better their lives. The trainers are very detailed and have true life real estate deals to share whether good or bad. They intertwined this with amazing hands on training. Thank you Response for changing my life, my children and grandchildren's future. We now have the availability to create our own future and destiny.

The training program was designed to help students learn how to do real estate deals. I was really surprised that it was so easy to do.

Excellent presentation, great strategies.

You presenters/lectures/teachers were superlative. You all were extremely knowledgeable, articulate and had magnetic and generous personalities. You also knew how to present your subject matter in a logical and easy understand way. Every one of you was both entertaining and very likeable.

It was well worth the aggravation of entering and exiting two airports twice and staying in a barely adequate hotel with no eating facilities except a self serve breakfast.

Having said that, you might ask how your retreat could be improved. There are only two things which I would suggest would be areas that could be improved.

(1) The presenters made their pitches incorrectly assuming that everyone in the class was as familiar with the platform as they were. I, for one, was only basically familiar with it...And when I would raise a question as to what the instructor did to achieve the picture on the screen, to be told "call the help line" expects me to be able to remember the context in which I was lost because the instructor clicked his mouse from one screen to the next faster than I as platform novice could follow. I think it would help the class if there were instructors in the back of the class who could address platform questions informally (one on one) with those like me who had questions, the answers to which may not have been of benefit to the entire class. In this way, platform questions could be answered and the class would not be held up unnecessarily.

(2). The food was simply awful. It was heavy and seemed like it came from a cheap fast food place. It would seem that the items came from large tubs of mass produced items that were highly caloric and boring to eat. My wife and I are used to eating from a much more healthful variety than your caterer provided. Eating that food affected our disposition as it was such a surprise to our digestive systems. There must be better caterers around there than the one that we had to endure.

We both learned a great deal from this retreat and we very much appreciate the time and great effort all of you made to ensure such a success.

Great unexpected huge amount of education!!! It gave us a tremendous amount of information to use towards our new Real Estate venture. There were so many ideas to use and able to listen to experienced people in the business to inspire us to move on with tried practices. Also having the backup for taxes and programs for tracking expenses. Learning how to avoid problems and to work with specialized people to make us successful. Couldn't ask for a better program. THANK YOU!!!

The training in Orem Utah was top notch! The instructors are excellent speakers and topics are very captivating. You discover the many facets of the process to becoming and staying successful at investing, the many different channels that you can take to be successful at wealth building, how to protect that wealth once its accumulated and my life has been somewhat changed by the negotiations instructions.....I came to some realizations of things I might not have been properly executing in my dealings in negotiations. I am a changed human being after attending this 3 day seminar and feel like I received better instruction than I could have obtained at any top ranked major college anywhere. The enthusiasm and expertise of the instructors for the subjects covered makes for a great experience. I have no regrets about signing up for Response Training at this point in time.

Ted is very knowledgeable. This was my first training webinar and I truly enjoyed it.

Response has give us the knowledge and confidence to be able to do deals without being afraid. We were, of course, a little nervous when we entered our first transaction, but by following the program we knew we had all the resources at hand to ensure we had done the math and had made the correct offer. We did a fix and flip and had our first offer the first day after placing it on the market! Without having gone through all the top notch training we would never have known about all the resources available to make it happen.

I have interfaced with few companies as professional as Response. They follow through on their claims of success with support and encouragement, building trust along the way. At the beginning I was choking on costs, but I believe the outcome of this investment will be well worth it.

Ted Wood is an absolutely excellent coach. He has a way of presenting the material in a real and down to earth manner which makes it easy to apply. Any questions that people have are answered with a wealth of insight and information. Ted has an ability through his experience to understand what we are challenged with and gives us answers to those challenges in his presentations. He is easy to talk to and encouraging, making a person feel that they can accomplish what had previously been seemingly impossible. After listening to Ted, the difficult tasks become easier and he even helps a person caste a vision. With his guidance anyone can succeed in real estate if they apply themselves to the work necessary.
