Update

I paid 15k+ for the training and to have a mentor to help do things like look over contracts and give advice... I have sent multiple e mails for the "boots trainers" that were included in the package to look over a contract and so has my sister in law and it has been about 5 months since I have heard back from them since my initial e mail. month 6 will be coming up soon and I have sent 3 e mails this far that have not been responded to. Its frustrating to think that you pay all this money for a service that you do not receive.

Update: someone from the response team has contacted me and we were able to come to a resolution.

Great Experience

Hello, first off I've read all the negative reviews and it is unfortunate there are so many 'slow' people out there with the hindsite of a broken mirror.

I have been in technology for over 30 yrs and it is not uncommon to pay $1k-3k for a seminar or college courses so 1k for my wife and I was a good deal and what I like the most about the pricing is that it keeps the rif-raf at home! For the money and my time I do not want it waisted be jokers that aren't serious. I think all the negative reviews are fantastic for the same reasons lol.

The 3 day class was great! We were blown away at the information and potential real estate has. There are so many ways to make money and with the mentorship, how can you loose if you follow the proven steps and use common sense. If you have no common sense then this might be tough for you.

I don't 'need' money but I do want more of my time, as I get older, so my wife and I decided to pay for the high priced Dimond Elite package and here is why:
1. High price means we get to network with serious business people.
2. High price means high commitment.
3. High price means quality instructors!!!
4. High price means quality support and mentorship
5. Lifetime support for all aspects of business from taxes and lawyers to reviewing deals and more!

You get what you pay for folks.

All the outs, and 'we are not responsible for...' is just business and if you are in business then you have to protect it and you. That is all that is.

We just completed boots on the ground and it was good. It wasn't great because we still ended up with someone that dominated the class at times so it got a little slow at times. But! We can do another one anytime we want for free! What I really liked is that our instructor Adam was very experienced in real estate and is a Dr. In education so he managed the class and trained us by actually using the web tools to find homes, pull comps, estimate repair costs, run the numbers, submit offers, and scripts for calling realtors and buyers. Ohh and completely covered marketing too!

This is like anything else, the more you are around it and do it, the easier it gets and these people understand that at Response.

The fact is, this isn't for everyone and if you are more afraid of an opportunity to success then what your future holds then you probably should stay away from it. IF, However you are a hard worker, know how to comitt at something until you succeed then this is for you! Why go into debt going to college for a crapy job where people tell you when you can use the restroom or take a break when you can work just as hard for your self for 5-10 yrs and retire as your own boss?

Quite crying about the money, just make more of it. With real estate you can do that without trading all your time away forever. Enjoy your life... I'm going to thanks to the support /mentorship that Response provides.

Hi, Chris. Thank you so much for the thorough review. We understand that our training, software tools, and other services aren't cheap - we don't take it lightly. Like you have pointed out, we have found that a lot of the customer success comes at an individual level - the commitment, the work ethic, the accountability.

We work hard to develop and deliver effective training. Unfortunately, however, no amount of training or tools will help anyone who is not willing to put in the time and hard work. Many who post negative experiences and call us a scam, simply never apply the training or place offers. If they don't place offers, obviously, they don't get any accepted. If they don't get offers accepted, they don't close deals. If they don't close deals, they make no money.

Of the customers who post negative reviews, we've found that many have not attended the classes, logged into the software, or have not placed any offers. We have tens of thousands of happy customers and learn of inspiring success stories every week! We know our training and tools work - but only for those who take action. We know we're not perfect, but we never forget who keeps us in business, and we continue to evaluate the customer experience and how we can make it better. Thanks again, we encourage you to keep us posted with feedback and success!

It's a scam.

Look. I have a lot to say, but I'm just going to start by sharing their own disclosure - from their actual website - below:

"We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or money-making system. We believe, with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisions, but we do not guarantee success in investing. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, return on investment claims, or claims that our training will make you any money.

We are not a real estate expert or investment expert, and it is highly recommended that you consult with appropriate licensed experts before engaging in investing-related transactions. We are an educational company that provides training concerning the real estate industry.

However, it is assumed that most customers do not apply the needed effort and time, or do not acquire the skills, to complete transactions successfully and, therefore, most clients do not make money."

With that out of the way, I'll describe my experience.

My mom reached out to me asking if I wanted to join her for a 3-day real estate class. She's my mom, and I wanted to support her, so of course I took the few days off work and joined.

I was actually excited. I thought I might learn something, or at least be inspired to try something new. But it quickly became apparent that this was not a class.

It was a 3-day sales pitch.

I knew something was up when I couldn't find a brand name anywhere on their material. But fortunately, the speaker told us the brand name, Response, toward the end of the day. And as soon as I got home, I looked them up. And when I looked them up, I saw some truly disgusting things.

For all of the reviews on this site to be 1-star or 5-star, I knew something was up. Response clearly invests heavily in monitoring sites like these to respond to any negative commentary with things like "students must take action" and "this isn't for everyone". And they invest heavily in making sure the reviews on here are positive - real or not.

The 1-star reviews are spot on.

Back to the class.

The speaker shared some helpful information, but all of that information was blanketed on either side with a sales pitch to sign up for more training or join their "diamond elite club"

They use high pressure sales tactics and works like "urgency" and "decision" to get you to make an uninformed decision on the spot without doing any research into their company.

And what truly made me sad was that it works.

Most of the students (at least in my class) were a little older, and certainly didn't seem like the type to look into a company like this online. So they legit don't know any better and ultimately end up spending money they probably don't have.

And in the case of someone like me and my mom? Someone who says "no"? they totally dismiss you. If they realize they can't sell you on the "advanced training" then they're done with you. We didn't get a 1-on-1 we were promised because we didn't want to buy the additional training. But I mean...didn't we still pay for the 3-day workshop that includes a 1-on-1 session?

I wish I could spread this word to the people taking this class that won't read these reviews. Because honestly, what this company does, they should be ashamed of themselves.

A few highlights:

- Day 1 they have you fill out a sheet with your financial info. They tell you it's to figure out how you can do GAP funding, but it's really just so they can see if you can afford the additional training

- They also have you sign up for CreditNav so they can check your credit. Again, under the guise of "building your plan". They didn't tell any of the students that they'd be signed up for a $30/month payment after 7 days. And if I didn't read the fine print on the site, I certainly wouldn't have known.

- Again, because this is important, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REAL ESTATE EXPERTS. THEY ARE SALESPEOPLE.

- They don't allow recordings or photos. Makes sense as it's a class that people are paying for, but their reaction to a person taking a photo of notes in my session was outrageous. They yelled at her (a grown woman) and told her to turn her phone off.

- At one point, they show reviews on their website. I went to the website outside of class - you can't click on any of the reviews. And you can't even leave your own review (???)

I think that's all I got. Oh, and they'll certainly respond to this because they have a social team dedicated to keeping their reputation good online.

I mean, at the end of the day, I didn't buy anything and my mom didn't buy anything. We just wasted 3 days of our lives.

***UPDATE***

I just looked up all of our real estate expert trainers from the class on Linkedin. They're all in sales. None of them indicated any experience in real estate lol.

Is it a scam?

First off, I want to say that I joined the 3 day options trading course at Kevin O'Leary's event in Vancouver, Canada and got suckered in with the full rebate if you complete the course and fulfill the requirements. Many people were telling me it was a scam, blah blah blah. However, I'll share my personal experience here and if anyone has any questions, feel free to email me at (604sunnywu at Gmail dot com)

The 3 day intensive was very engaging and I learned just enough to get started in my options trading journey. I've tried to learn it before from different sources like YouTube or friends or brokers website but never grasped the concepts. So to that I applaud the staff and Shaun Sheldon.

Upon finishing the 3 days, I signed up for the advanced course that response offered. At first I didn't want to because I was focused on my new job. But the offer was only available to purchase during the weekend. I understand they used the scarcity tactic at Kevin's speech and at this course which forced me to make a decision. I'm glad they did use those tactics or I would be one of the people to have said maybe and forgot about it. But I could see how people would view that negatively. Anyways I signed up for the advanced course.

The advanced course offered support from their team 5 days a week which was very attractive for me because options trading is not a simple thing to learn. It definitely takes some time. I called support a few times and they were very responsive and helpful.

The one thing that I can criticize is that their tuition rebate process can be troublesome and takes many follow up emails to ensure that they were putting my stuff to work. The people who didn't get the refund most likely did not read and follow the instructions for completing the tasks.

Due to my focus on my new job. I asked for a refund on the advanced course, but they had to connect me with one of their reps to have a call before they would issue it. It took a while to connect with her and I got scared and contacted my credit card company. Then she got back to me. I wasn't sure if it was timing or my credit card company giving them some pressure, but in the end I did get a refund on the advanced course.

With my experience with them so far, I believe later down the road I will sign up for the advanced course. As I did learn a lot in the introductory course and found value in it. Even if I didn't get the rebate, it was worth the cost.

Hope I can come back and review the advanced course in the future! From my personal experience, I do recommend anyone to take the 3 day introductory course. It really opened my mind to the possibilities of protecting and growing my wealth and Response team was great to do it!

When you DO get paid for posting - YOUR COMPLETED DEALs

This review is strictly related to the $500 question on paid for "positive reviews."
We were offered $1000 cash back if we close a deal within the1st 6 months AND another $1000 credit towards tuition for another class, product... etc - I don't have the exact phrases - but it will be in your packet that explains the programs.
Additionally, when you close a deal, if you post a short video and explain your deal, you get paid $. Why not pay your clients versus a marketing company to write their own reviews talking about the deals they close? I think it's an excellent idea. And I like the incentive too.

About the "free" stuff - my TV ad that I called back was Scott Yancy - flipping Vegas. His ad stated free online for attending the 1.5 to 2 hour event. At the end of the meeting, we got a postcard item had pictured quite a number of materials related to flipping and other Scott Yancy specifics... On the card, a URL and passcode was provided. When several of us tried the link - the password and URL did not work. I contacted Response.com - they said the web sites for these items that Yancy promised, are not Response.com's responsibility to maintain - but all I needed to do is email them a screen shot and they will get it to the correct group. They took care of it.

And yes, it seems the site was being updated with new materials, or at least some changes - and my code worked, and I got the items promised. No problem. Just be sure you have the card - so Response will know which freebie you were promised. In my case, I called a Scott Yancy number to sign up - I did not know it was going to be for Response.com - but I'm very happy with all but maybe 5% of my experience... a few admin hiccups when I added modules, and 1 speaker that was not having the best day perhaps... all was addressed to my satisfaction - with a simple conversation.
NOTE: I can only speak of my personal experience and offerings - I have no idea if each bonus is the same for each group, level, or when those bonus items or post-your-deal incentives - may expire.
Perhaps there are may flippers and others that advertise how to learn these items using their name, and links to Response.com. But I would rather work with a well established, well rounded company for building wealth - than focus on one vegas flip-star (no offense to Scott Yancy).
So - as one older friend says, I'm happier than a dog with two tails.... I guess that's pretty happy....

MJ,

Thank you so much for your review! We love to hear and share feedback like this with the team. We’re sorry to hear about your trouble with the free gifts and have confirmed with our fulfillment team that this was a temporary issue that has been fixed. We appreciate you calling in to let us know.

We wanted to take a moment and clarify a couple things:

(1) we don’t pay for positive reviews; we never have done this, and we never will. Based on your description, it sounds like you’re referring to a couple different programs we do from time to time: (a) tuition reimbursement and (b) done-a-deal. The primary objective of both of these programs is to motivate and inspire students to apply what they learn and get some deals done. We’ve done this for years and have worked with a ton of people. What we’ve found is that learning new things (i.e., investing in real estate) isn’t always as difficult as you might imagine. Instead, the most challenging part getting people to apply what they learn and make some offers. We understand that it can be scary. We know it’s not easy. But without making offers, you can’t expect to close any deals; if you don’t close deals, you won’t make money. Simple as that. We also use these programs to help track success rates. It may surprise you to hear that it can be challenging to get people to respond to surveys and provide proof of their deals. This is just one of the many ways we encourage our students to stay engaged and keep us informed throughout the process. Any positive review, opinion, perspective is entirely optional and not required.

(2) Response works with many partners (i.e., Scott Yancey) to promote and provide financial-related education and event services. Focusing our business on the customer has allowed us to see hundreds of thousands of people over the past 10 years. We have over 500 employees and independent contractors who all want the same thing – 100% customer satisfaction. We encourage you and everyone else to reach out if you have any questions.

Thanks again for your comments. We’re glad to hear you’re happier than a dog with two tails :)

This company is a scam and they just want more of your money

This company is a scam and i am requesting my refund for $997.I attended the workshop this weekedn of 4th to 5th May. everything they promised at the initial event was not delivered.they offered to give us enough information to go out there and do deals.they said they will givve information about TAX LIENS,which the instructor didnt say nothing about it.they even offered to give access to a website that shows the tax liens but non of that was offered.they lied to u to fill out a form about GAP funding only to find out later they jut wanted to know how much money we have so they can tell us to pay more for the extra resources and mentorship.it was funny that the cost of the mentorship was equal the exact amount i had written on the sheet of paper.secondly they promised access to deal desk which was supposed to calculate for you about the property and ti show if the deal is worth it.deal desk doent show non of that.it just pulls out random details that doesn't show the value of the property or if the deal is good or not.they promise one thing just to entice people but dont deliver none of that.

Bridgett,
I am so sorry that we are at this point, as each of us had such high expectations of success. The program is a proven program and I am lucky to see it work each day in customers lives. I liken it to an education experience. We teach customers the basics that will help them get started. The customer then makes the decision if they wish to pursue a more advanced help and training. In the end the road to success remains the same.
As you are aware, knowledge is power, and the advanced help makes the journey easier and faster. We have committed to help everyone who has the desire from workshop attendees to those who purchase the advanced programs.
It looks like you have been contacted and dealt with in a fair way. We wish you the best in whatever you choose to do in life.

I attended the three hour seminar with…

I attended the three hour seminar with Kevin O'Leary in Hartford this week. It was a great event. Lots of great information and positive energy. they get you so motivated that you can't wait to sign up and be part of the next great real estate success! So I signed up for the three day upcoming workshop explaining to the guy my visa card had just had fraud the previous day and I was waiting for the new number. He told me to fill out the form and put the old one down and someone would call me. Well, I didn't get out of the parking lot and I had an email asking me for a credit card number that worked as they were already processing the cards! Wow, that's super fast!

I followed up when I got home and explained again about the card and fraud. I did get a polite email back.

During the seminar all the people sitting around me all asked each other if this was too good to be true..... The way it's explained it's so captivating and you want to jump right in but something's not quite right. I've been savvy in business way too long to buy into scam and skeems. I decided to get on the internet and research all this to find out what the next steps are and whether it is as easy as they say or if it's alot of smoke and mirrors? After reading all the reviews, as with anything there will be a small percentage that this works for and not at all for others. If you are not already in real estate I can see where it would be very challenging but if you are really motivated and had the funds you could make it work.

I personally would not be willing to pay $20 to $30,000 for training as I have found a better at home, online business that has a much smaller training fee where you can produce results in a short period of time. With that said, I'm glad that I did this research and didn't pay out the enormous amount for training. I have a real estate license and I can tell you after you work in the field a bit you can get this training elsewhere for alot less. Don't be taken for this amount unless you do your homework and you are ready and have the funds to support yourself and a new career. I'm not bashing this company. They do an incredible sales job, seriously impressive! I just wished that I could skip all the stuff and start at the beginning of making money and not a couple years from now with them..

Don't Waste Your Money on This Scam!

There's no response button here so I'll just write another review.

Your response is empty and unprofessional and hiring someone like you to sit behind a computer and write these defensive responses only makes the company look worse. Arguing with honest reviewers online is not a very good PR move... just saying. But I'm glad that you did this, as it will serve as a red flag to others (most people are sensible enough to know that most legitimate businesses don't behave this way).

You can keep going back and forth if you'd like, but I'm not backing down. I'm here to help others and prevent hardworking Americans from wasting $1K to learn only the most BASIC information about wholesaling (information that is readily available online for FREE). You're actually charging people $1K to sit in a room and listen to your sales pitch for a $25-30K "class."

Bottom line is, your $1K, 3-day course is a ripoff and a scam. I explained in full detail why it's a scam and my opinion was based on my own perception - what I saw and heard with my own eyes and ears. So you telling me to do more research before I write a review... well, that's just a cute little tactic you use to try to discredit honest reviews. I hope that others see through this, heed my warnings, and go spend that $1K on something that will actually benefit them in some way.

How can you say you don't pay for reviews when one of your "mentors," Keir, just offered us $500 for a review at your seminar just this past weekend? His exact words were "we offer $500 for a review because your feedback means a lot to us" as he circled the number on a piece of paper.

There are hundreds of dissatisfied customers all over the internet speaking out about how your company put them into tens of thousands of dollars in debt with no results. Your response has only inspired me to continue to speak out on behalf of others. Thanks for that!

Stay away from reponse at all cost

I went to a free seminar on real estate investing that we had received through an offer mailed to us. My wife thought it would be something that we could do together and maybe supplement or income. We went to the free seminar and the speaker was very energetic and we fell for the 3 day program offered for $997 in which two persons could attend. We went to the 3 day workshop about 3 weeks later. The program started out pretty good and then about halfway through the first day at lunch we were asked to fill out a sheet about our finances what we owned, how much money in the bank, which credit cards we had how much we had available on each and any IRA's that we had.The time came to hand this form in to your individual group leader. I went to hand in the form and just put a big x on the form and told them that it was none of their business what my finances were and had nothing to do with the course I was here to learn about. The team leader was very smug about my answer. They also told us that we could go back to the computers in the room and run our credit reports to see what we qualified for. I think out of 75 people I was the only one that objected to this.I stayed the rest of the day to the end and they kept mentioning the up sell program they had that showed a price between 24K-29K this was called boots on the ground. They also showed a video on this additional three day program that was nothing more than showing you a house for sale and then a field trip to Lowe's to figure the rehab cost. I failed to mention that the instructor from the first hour of the class kept mentioning this program and how everybody didn't qualify for it and some persons even qualified for more. I figured out their scam that was being used on everyone and I don't think they liked it. The reason they wanted your financial information and credit was to see where and if you could come up with the money to go to the next level.
They wanted the balances and available credit so they could see if you could finance their program on your credit cards.I believe all the reviews that I see online about their tactics. I advise anyone that is even considering this training to stay away. I would also imagine if we checked into the so called instructors and speakers that none of them have ever flipped any properties.

Mark,

Thank you for taking time to share your perspective about the event you attended. We regret that you did not have a positive experience with us. We work hard to make sure everybody receives exceptional instruction and the tools and resources they need to accomplish their goals. Speaking of goals, we do ask for customers to complete a “self-assessment.” This is an *optional form and is used by the customer and their private consultant to help determine where they’re at, where they want to go, and if we have any products or services that may help them get there. It’s as simple as that. We’re not interested in strong-arming anyone to work with us. We recognize that taking a hard look into one’s personal financial situation can be difficult and sometimes embarrassing, but we are sensitive to privacy concerns and do our best to handle this delicate situation with care. We will be the first to admit that our training may not be the perfect fit for everyone – it requires a lot of commitment, hard work, and getting out of your comfort zone. Our role is to provide great advice, direction, software, and resources to help people change their current situation for the better. If people see the value and are willing to really put in the time and work, we’re confident they’ll see the results they are looking for. On the other hand, if they don’t see the value, that’s okay too. Based on our records, you only attended a small portion of the training and gauged your entire perspective on this interaction – we wish you would have given us a fair shot. We also understand there are some negative reviews online, as there are with any business, but I hope you are able to view the positive and negative reviews for what they are – individual opinions based on unique perspectives. Fortunately, we have 10 times the amount of happy, satisfied customers. Again, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will evaluate where we can do better to make sure everyone leaves our training's with a great experience. Although we may disagree on some things, it doesn’t mean your opinion isn’t respected or valued. I will make sure someone reaches out to you to take care of your concern. We wish you well in everything you strive to do.

Oversold and Underdelivered

So the company overall has some good information but no where near 30k worth. They strategically get you to buy a bigger package that is supposed to accelerate your learning meanwhile the strategies they tell you to use do not work because the market is completely saturated based on the method they tell you to use and the homes that that they themselves send from the FSBO does not even meet the criteria they tell you to look for. Also they tell you are going to get one on one assistance meanwhile my trainee was not readily available to answer question and opportunities were missed because I could not reach anyone and they lead you to believe someone is there to answer your questions all the time. Also the software is completely oversold because it does not work like they say it so and most homes I put in no updated information can be found. They have a good concept and it can work but they seem to take on to much than they can handle and under deliver on the services they say they will provide.

Monica,

Thank you for taking time to share your feelings about the program. We will take this information and make the process even better. I am limited, with the information you provided, to talk specifics about your situation. All customers have access to professional help from our trained professionals. We have a staff waiting to assist you. Those skilled coaches have helped hundreds and anxiously await for our customers to call in. I know they would love to help you and I will provide that phone number to you again. We work on the premise that “Our customer is our greatest asset”. I am sorry we have failed to make you feel that way. I will reach out to you personally and see if we can change this around.

Best Regards

Designed to Fail

The "Marketing" is designed to entice you to sign up for the more expensive program. Which I did... I went through the Boot Camp and that was educational. I was assigned a "Phone Mentor". He did his part, but when it came time to fly out to meet and show how to actually do deals, the person they sent was not my mentor, and did not do the "Required 3 Deals" that were promised. I complained about this several times getting a partial refund, but still never got the "In Person" Deals that are promised in the "Inner Circle"! I wanted to be a success story and have never failed. But this time I did.... It caused me to do a Consolidated Financial help. So, in the end, I never received what was promised! Only phone calls?

The Response real estate workshop is an…

The Response real estate workshop is an extremely high-level scam. The organizers have spent much time and energy into creating a scheme that will entice anyone who is looking to break into real estate and/or anyone who is looking to make extra money. They have talented salespeople who have no issue with selling to people who they know cannot afford a product that will not work. I am a highly educated and talented individual and I could not make it work. I can, however, effectively write and communicate and this is what I intend to do.

I invested in Response Marketing and it's a scam. They have highly skilled salespeople who will persuade even the poorest individual to spend $20,000 on their program because, after all, you'll make it back tenfold. It's not true. This is what they teach you.

They teach you how to work the MLS system. They will tell you to find realtors and have realtors pull homes that have been on the market for 30+ days, are vacant, have had price reductions, and are sold as-is. The idea is that the owners of these homes are motivated sellers and you can seal a deal by offering substantially low offers. You can then wholesale the contract to an investor. What they don't tell you is that 99.9% of your offers will be rejected. Their ratio is 21:1, meaning for every 21 offers you make, you'll get one. I've put over 200 offers and had no offers.

They also teach you how to use their software to find motivated sellers. The real estate pro software that comes with their package gives lists of homeowners in pre-foreclosure. You can get dates when the notice was sent out and the dates of the auction. The idea is for you to contact these homeowners and offer to buy their home so they can avoid foreclosure. They teach you how to use Spokeo to find the contact information for these homeowners. What they don't tell you is that 1) most of these homeowners' contact information is not on Spokeo, 2) 100s of other investors are reaching out to these homeowners, and 3) the majority of the homeowners do not need to sell.

I am going to do all I can to get my money back from these people who care more about lining their pockets than actually teaching anything. Stay away from Response.com.

Solon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. I know that a few others have had similar feelings. As I looked in to their issues and now yours, I found a couple of very important things. As great as this program is, it is not for everyone. Most people who have the courage to venture out and start a new business seldom can afford it. They do so because they believe in themselves and they know what they are able to accomplish. They face the fear of failure and somehow make it a friend. To say it is a scam, because it did not work for you, is unfair. The MLS is a small portion of the help we provide. Every student has access to a “Live” professional for direction. If you have placed 200 legitimate offers without success, then something has gone wrong with those offers. Students in similar situations like this, pick up the phone and call their professional and have them look over the offer and see what needs to be changed. Any software, with millions of listings update daily, is bound to have a few items that are not correct. Don’t let that derail the process and goal.
I will reach out to you personally and see what we can do to help you.

The event was really helpful in many ways. The information delivered was extremely necessary for the beginning traders not only about trading theory, but also about asset protection, and taxes. The event setup and organized was really professional. All of the instructors were excellent in providing information, answering questions. I learned a lot from the event.

This is Barb, not Mark😊

This is Barb, but I loved the program. I was a lit'l disappointed that it wasn't a lit'l more advanced. I think there should be prerequisites for the attendees for the Elite Retreat. Overall, you all did a great job! I would truely recommend this program.

Good Real Estate company

Buying a house for yourself vs buying it for wholesale, rehab and flip or rental, are different matters. It is not difficult at all, but in order to be successful, one has to be aware of the in and out of real estate. The guidance of experienced people is always welcome, I am glad I joined response. One phone call and the staff/coaches are always ready to guide the students.
Recently, my husband and I, attended a three days bootcamp in Utah, it was awesome!!!!! Different topics, different instructors. For me, it was difficult to say which one was better. They all shared a lot of valuable informacion with professionalism, good tactic and a little big of humor making the information sync in easily. I will recommend this company to anyone.
