I ordered a new blade for my EGO mower. The wrong part (very similar but with a one digit difference in the part code) was sent out by mistake. After I had emailed them, Revill immediately sent out the correct part. They were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

After unsuccessfully searching for a tiny component, the carburettor float needle, from the engine maker Kawasaki for my lawnmower, I contacted your firm. Matt was incredibly helpful in locating this rare piece from Europe. I'm grateful to Revill Mowers Ltd, and especially to Matt, for going the extra mile for me. If I could, I'd award you more than five stars.

This is my first visit to Revill Mowers, bit of a drive for me but if the service was good I was sure it would be worth it. I had a mower running poorly, so contacted them and dropped it off. I wanted an additional part but only if they could sort my poor running.
Great comms via email, do I dropped it off, I had an update by phone telling me it was running spot on now, so the additional part was ordered, I was made aware of the labour involved in fitting the part and was happy to have it on a supply on basis.
Friendly, good comms, good prices and mower is running superb. I'm a commercial grass cutter and Revill mowers will now be looking after my ride on and four other petrol mowers along with blowers, strimmers when the work is beyond me. Good old fashioned honest service at a good price. Recommended.

Rang Monday to check if Briggs & Stratton carburetor was in stock....I was told no but they would order and have next day then it would be shipped to me in N Ireland.....Ordered on Monday received lunch time Thursday.....Part fitted, grass cut on Thursday on my day off....Can't fault Revill Mowers service....Thanks

Ordered a replacement fuel cap for my cobra multi tool on the 26/6/2024 and it arrived on 28/6/2024.
We felt the postage was a little steep, however, when it arrives so quickly we can’t really complain. We were requiring this replacement part after being let down my many companies previously so weee happy to pay it.

Ordered a part on Wednesday, charged £10 postage and still not received Saturday. Total postage scam, Royal Mail would deliver faster and that’s saying something, be warned, if you need a part asap, look elsewhere

I bought a mower to refurbish for my daughter. Last item I needed was the baffle plate for the deck. Nationwide I could not source it. Revell seemed a good bet. They had to get it from Norway. Again, Norway say 28/11/23 but no guarantee. Revell offered me my money back. I said hold it and send the bit when it comes in. They sourced one somewhere for me because much to my surprise the last piece of this jigsaw puzzle arrived way sooner than expected. Thanks Revell, I will certainly use you again. Jim
