Terrible experience – I would not recommend Revitalize Turkey.
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Cenk through Revitalize Turkey and unfortunately my experience has been extremely upsetting. Following my surgery, I was left with multiple issues with the appearance of my nose, including what I was told were collapsed areas, nostril problems and a pinched-tip deformity. I also experienced breathing difficulties.
What made the situation worse was the lack of support afterwards. When I raised my concerns, I was extremely disappointed that I was expected to pay again for revision surgery to correct the problems.
I eventually decided that I no longer trusted them with my nose and went elsewhere to have revision surgery with a different surgeon, which cost me an additional £6,000.
I have also found that negative comments I have posted on their social media have been removed, which I found very concerning.
This whole experience has caused me a huge amount of stress and anxiety. I trusted this company with something incredibly important and personally feel that once they had received my money, the aftercare and support I needed simply wasn't there.
Based on my own experience, I would not recommend Revitalize Turkey. Please do your research carefully and make sure you understand what support you will receive if something goes wrong.

Such a positive experience. The staff are great. Very attentive and caring, you feel 100% looked after. Mandarin Grove is a lovely retreat. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Communal areas are well kept and the staff like to socialise everyone at meal times so you get to know your fellow patients. The pool is very inviting, sadly I didn't get chance to go in, due to my surgery. I would highly recommend Revitalize in Turkey.

My Experience with Revitalise Turkey. I honestly can’t recommend Revitalise Turkey highly enough. From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Grove Retreat, I felt completely looked after. The retreat itself is such a peaceful and calm environment. The staff were absolutely wonderful — attentive, caring and always on hand to help. As I had travelled alone, their support was particularly reassuring. They even washed my hair for me after surgery! Breakfast and the evening meal were served around a large dining table, giving everyone the opportunity to meet the other patients, this turned out to be one of the best parts of the experience. We quickly formed a supportive network, sharing our experiences and reassuring each other. The transport arrangements were also fantastic. Travel to Professor Ahmet Seyhan’s clinic was provided, meaning I never had to worry about finding my way to appointments or being late. Everything was organised for you. I had a deep plane face and neck lift with fat transfer performed by Professor Ahmet Seyhan, and now, four months on, I am genuinely delighted with my results. The procedure was carried out under local anaesthetic with heavy sedation, so I was completely unaware of what was happening and honestly didn’t know a thing until the operation was over!

My recovery was painless, although there was some discomfort — particularly when trying to sleep upright! But it's a small price to pay. I flew home a week after surgery and felt able to communicate with the revitalise staff regarding my recovery. All went smoothly. I’m happy with my results and so glad I chose Revitalise Turkey. It has been a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. ❤️ Thank you.

Overall my experience was fantastic. It initiated from a message to the sales team. They sent a promo offer through which we then booked however the promo was only for certain dates not the date we were sent for surgery so read the small print as it was a little misleading. The surgeon and his team, the staff at the villa and the team who looked after us at every visit were amazing. I am so happy with the results. I was very ill after the surgery and I was checked on by the team and also others staying at the villa. I met the most amazing group of like minded people and I never felt judged our on my own there was always someone there to reassure us. Thank you team 😊

Had a Tummy Tuck at Revitalise with Dr Cenk, very pleased with the results, the villa was lovely and so were the people that worked there especially Teona, everything was very organised from airport pick up to going for surgery and back, since being home I have had several messages from revitalise regarding my recovery. Overall a very pleasant experience. Hopefully be back at some point in the future.

Wow! What a place!!! The staff are soooo professional! On call 24 hours in this beautiful tranquil villa! Ave never seen anything like it! The staff are amazing! They will do anything for you! The villa is the most perfect and beautiful place you can possibly go to to heal. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous! Spacious! Spotless! Cleaned everyday! Unlimited water on every landing for free, food was beautiful 😍 fresh! Healthy and massive portions. You can also order pizzas and burgers for lunch if u felt like a little binge 😆👏🏽 the hospital was amazing! Surgeons were so professional and I woke up and didn’t feel a thing! Was well taking care of from the minute I landed at airport to the the minute I got villa, and hospital. I would literally just come here as a holiday to relax it’s that perfect! 🤩 I would do it all again! Theirs alarms in ur room and bathroom if you ever need them, and staff are awake 24 hours in villa if u need them. They are all medically trained 🙏🏽 I don’t wanna go home 😆😆😆 all round absolutely amazing! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 if ur scared to travel alone? Don’t be! I done it! Unfortunately for me I had complications, nothing to do with my consultant or Revitalise Turkey, it was related to me personally. In saying all that will I get good results, absolutely however I will just take longer than the norm. It’s great when everything goes exactly right however what about when there are unrelated and unknown complications, this is when you see the true effect of any organisation. Revitalise Turkey certainly excelled themselves in terms of care, professionalism, going above and beyond, ensuring my physical and mental well being were being looked after. I was taken such good care of at a time when I really needed it, nothing was too much, I honestly cannot thank them enough. As for my consultant and his team, Professor Sayhan - gentleman, so knowledgable, caring and just so genuine. He done so much for me that he didn’t even need to do - thank you so much.
The Revitalise Turkey team - Ayibge absolute angel, beautiful heart, looked after me so well. Tiona, my special girl, watched over me at all times, so caring, Cavid our driver never let us down, so obliging. All the team are so good and caring.
So, if you want are worried or thinking what if this had to happen etc., will I be taken care of, then I can say from experience that Revitalise Turkey are without doubt the organisation that will always put their clients and patients first, especially when they need it most and need that bit more than the norm. I cannot recommend Revitalize highly enough. From my first consultation, Prof. Seyhan made me feel completely at ease. His kindness, expertise, and attention to detail gave me total confidence that I was in the best hands, and he clearly knows how to achieve the best possible results. His staff were so lovely too.

The entire Revitalize team has been exceptional, especially Teona and Aybige. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they took care of everything from transport and appointments to pain relief, personal care, and making sure I always had food and anything else I needed.

The recovery villa is truly 5-star: spotless, beautifully equipped, peaceful, and relaxing. Surrounded by dogs, cats, birds, and farmland, it is more like a wellness retreat than a medical facility. It was the perfect place to recover.

If you're considering surgery abroad, Revitalize is Medical Tourism Approved, and I genuinely couldn't think of a better place to have my procedure and recover. The beach and coffee shops are only 15 mins walk away too.

Very welcoming staff, amazing people and care, the surgeons and dentists are all really incredible and the villa is amazing with close by harbours and seafronts, coffee shops, chemists and more absolutely fantastic

Revitalise is an amazing company , surgeons nurses the guys at mandarin groove are the best. The care is second to none everything is 10/10 , if anyone is thinking of getting any cosmetic work do not hesitate to come to revitalise. Dr Genk is a master at his work

I have just come back from this wonderful place having had my implants removed and an uplift. The experience from start to finish was seamless, the villa and hospital were spotless and the care I received from the surgeon, hospital staff and the lovely people at the villa was so caring and supportive. I would use this company again without a doubt and hope to next year.

Revitalize is the only place I would Trust I have had a few procedures over the last sixteen years. Eyes teeth and Dr Cenk is the best surgeon in his field in my experience for anything cosmetic I’ve always been happy with every thing I have ever had done at Revitalize and wouldn’t go anywhere else from start to finish your welfare is their number one aim Thanks Revitalize.

This was my 3rd visit to RevitalizeinTurkey. This time was somewhat different to my usual experience.
Pick up was fine and we arrived at the villa after a stop off to pick up 2 others from the dentist. We were allocated the best room in the villa by the ever lovely Teona. She is an absolute credit to the company, I have nothing but love and respect for her. However, what she didnt tell me was that the massive terrace outside my doors was communal. This led to a very awkward confrontation with another patient a few days later when I asked if she needed something as she was outside my room smoking a cigarette. Bear in mind I had a bbl so was often walking round my room minus pants, so could have been even more awkward.
The stocked mini fridge with pay for items is no more. If you want snacks you need to venture to the shop about a 20 minute rural walk away. Which we did on the first night with some other patients. Glad we did it then rather than post op.
I was picked up promptly for surgery and all went as usual in the hospital, with a lovely chaperone whom normally works in the office. She was lovely and I felt very comfortable with her, even when she was helping hold the drain tube out of my butt crack so I could move in bed God love her.
My husband was told on the first night he could go to the hospital with me. But not stay and he may or may not be picked up but could get a taxi if not. This is not usual and I told him to remain at the villa where it is safe and I would be fine. I came alone last time so am pretty chilled about being on my own there.
The hospital was as I am used too. The downside is they yet again blew the only visible vein in my hand where I had a cannula - I also had one in my arm but they didn't seem to want to use that. I was crying and screaming to stop pressing the syringe and Akim was telling them to stop and why, and they did not. My hand blew up for days.
I was discharged from the hospital and some 2.5 hours later arrived at the villa. 2 ladies had just been picked up from the airport and we picked up another from her clinic surgery and stopped off a quick stop for her. Then we ended up picking up the owners daughter from shopping, after also waiting for her, and took her to a restaurant and dropped her off. 2.5 hours I was in the van straight out of bbl operation sat on my bum! The new arrivals were pretty disgusted that that had happened to me and it did not give them much faith. I told them it's not normally like that and did my best to reassure how good RevitalizeinTurkey are as I have been 3 times now.

The next day I had another procedure booked. My husband had asked for a minor procedure and they were accommodating of this. However he wasn't given the procedure, as the surgeon had the other lady who came the day before. I don't know how they thought he would fit it in. He was offered to be dropped off to the clinic I was at and told I'd be an hour. He called me and was shocked when I told him I'd be 6 hours, which is normal for the procedure I was having. He therefore went back to the villa with the driver.
This procedure was fine and went well. Painful but that's no one's fault.

The day after the above procedure there was a pretty big schedule problem. One man was visiting his wife at the hospital, was told he'd be picked up at 3pm, I was told I was being taken from the villa at 3pm (hospital is about 1 hour away). I went down to be collected and this was 10 mins early. We then left and ended up at a hotel picking up a member of staff. Waited absolutely ages for her to come out. At least 20 minutes we waited. Dropped her off at a Metro station in izmir. Picked up chaperone and the man visiting his wife. He had been hassled by women beggars outside. We got to my appointment at around 5 - so 2 hours in van. My feet, ankles and calfs were hugely swollen due to this and I pointed it out to the member of staff who just giggled, I don't think she knew what to say. I told her I was worried I was going to end up with a blood clot and she didn't seem concerned at all.
After the post op we waited some more, way past closing time at the clinic. Bless them for letting us stay in there as I was not dressed for the streets of Izmir despite the member of RevitalizeinTurkey staff suggesting we get a coffee- I was in a shorts play suit, garment hanging out to the knees.
Several further hours commute back to the villa arriving back at 8:30pm. Luckily dinner was saved for us but was pretty cold.

My main concerns this time have been the lack of good food. Meals were edible but the males were often still hungry. Some food nicer than others. More protein and veg is needed. I didn't go to the toilet for a week, even with laxatives.
There are many things that could be done to improve at this point.
As ever my surgeon was brilliant, he is an absolute magician, teona I adore and she really does do much to look after you. English lessons for most of the other staff is still needed.

This is my second time in Izmir with revitalise Turkey. My first time I had a dp face lift and breast uplift and implants. That was a year ago now and I'm thrilled with the results. This visit I have had lens implant surgery and brand new teeth. 26 zirconia crowns. I'm elated by the results. The workmanship is precise. The villa is comfortable and I have enjoyed the sun by the pool. Everyone is so friendly and as I'm not a fussy eater, I have enjoyed the half board experience. I'm thinking of coming back next year for something else.

The villa is comfortable and staff all pleasant. The ladies that clean and serve the meals work so hard and are always smiling. Teonie was lovely and Lali kept me company at the hospital and answered any questions I had.
The villa food improved over the time I was there and was actually really nice by the end of my 2 week stay (as the numbers of guests reduced). Breakfast was always great.
My surgeon Mr Melhi Can was really lovely but our first consultation was at the hospital shortly before my op which felt rushed given I was booked to stay for 14 days. He has beautiful consulting rooms with all breast implants available to see but that is not the case at the hospital and that was not helpful as I am new to implants.
The surgery was carried out with good skill but I did experience pain at the hospital as the main painkiller used is paracetamol and I needed something stronger in those early days (I got morphine once and it did not agree with me) and I had to insist on tramadol but only got it once over 2 nights I stayed.
I was not told what to expect from having a chaperone staying with me at the hospital and it would have helped to know what I could ask for/expect.
I would have liked to have dealt with payment separately to my hospital visit and to have had all paperwork sent well in advance - I had to chase this. It’s important as you need to check your invoice lists everything or it will be extra.
My room at the villa was very comfortable- some are nicer and have larger balconies and I was fortunate to get one of those. The pool area at the villa is lovely.
All in all I believe I got what I paid for. Not a perfect stay but a reasonable experience for what I paid.

I couldn’t be more happier with my experience at revitalize from the very first communication with the office girls giving me all the information I need and helping me through I was greeted by a very nice driver at airport helped with bags and was so friendly I was greeted at the villa by the amazing staff they made me feel so welcomed and cared for they come with you to your hospital stay and stay in the room with you attend all check ups and are so supportive and friendly I had my tummy tuck and breast uplift surgery with DR cenk tokat and couldn’t be more pleased with my results and the outcome I would highly recommend this place after seeing things on social media I honestly thought it was to good to be true but it been amazing from the start the villa is beautiful and the staff are outstanding the care I have received is excellent I came alone and have never felt so safe comfortable and well looked after I would like to thank all of them very much they work so hard to care for you

First, the grumbles: Though it always has to be remembered that you get what you pay for, and the equivalent service in the UK would be at least double the cost. The food could be improved (albeit that the al a carte is fine and inexpensive). There is a lot of travelling into and out of Izmir by minibus and waiting around for pick ups and drop offs, which is far from ideal for patients in discomfort.
But the pluses outweigh the minuses. The surgeon was knowledgeable and approachable and, as far as I can tell at this stage, the surgery has been well done. Transport issues aside, the aftercare has been very good. I cannot fault the girls at the villa, especially Abi and the manager (Teona?) who couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation is comfortable, but not luxurious, and some things in the room didn’t work, but the outside space (pool area and gardens) were very nice.
