Mary was recommended to us from a friend after our previous Mortgage Advisor was not advising! He didn’t explain anything to us at all and became irritated when we asked for clarification on anything. Then we met Mary. She was the polar opposite to our previous experience; she was clear, kind, explained everything very well and made us feel like she really cared about our financial situation, and us! She has been on a journey with us that’s for sure, with a house sale and house purchase both falling through at different stages of our house moving journey, but she was patient, helpful and really held our hands through it all. Mary went above and beyond for us in terms of supporting the smooth process of selling not one but two houses and purchasing our forever home. We really didn’t know what was affordable or doable for us but Mary helped us navigate the financial decisions keep our appetite for how far or not far was sensible and comfortable for us financially. She also was amazing at advising us and setting up Protection products for us.
