I phoned the Bath branch to check if they had a particular radio in stock. Fred told me that they didn't but he ordered one in for me. It arrived quickly and I went to collect it - they were even happy for my nervous dog to attend. Whilst in the shop, I asked for some help with TVs which was given very patiently - considering my huge lack of knowledge! Customer service was amazing and I shopped there largely due to the culture and the business being employee-owned.

I have used Richer Sounds in Bath for the last 8 years and have always found them to be honest and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their products. The most recent purchase was a 43" QLED television for my brother in law who has special needs. I explained this to Sean and he recommended this particular TV because it comes with a 7 year guarantee and because it is quite straight forward to operate. As always, great service from Richer Sounds. I never go anywhere else for my TV or HiFi equipment. The TV itself was easy to set up and has great picture and sound quality. My brother in law has worked it very quickly.

I purchased a Denon AVR. I phoned before going over and was given very good, helpful information. I drove to Bath the following day, the store was easy to find with parking at the rear. I had a couple of questions regarding my purchase, which were answered helpfully.
