Brilliant service by Richer Sounds as ever - this time Rosie at Brighton. Also price matched a silly price advertised elsewhere and beat it by £10. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for AV equipment!

I intended to buy a blue tooth receiver. However, I wad asked for details of my intended use of the product. Based on my answers I was advised to buy a Wi-Fi streamer. The recommended product is excellent and fits my needs perfectly. The richer sounds team were amazing. Thank you so much.

Box arrived a day before it was due to arrive .. Unpacked and set the box to play. In less than 1 hour it was up and running. Picture quality better than Freeview on my 5year old set. Lots of Apps and Live TV to watch. Well worth the money. Buy.

Not an ideal resolution but, that's the way it is these days. Not Richer Sounds fault I hasten to add, but Sony? After seeing the extraordinary amount of broken Sony headphones, model WH-1000XM5 that are all over the internet, it seems that it is a manufacturing issue.
For me, I will never buy Sony kit again. Bose replaced my earbuds in a heartbeat, no fuss, no nonsense replacement, customer service how it should be done. Sony make it as hard as possible to return faulty items, so much so that you give up trying to jump through all the hoops that they put in your way.

Friendly welcome, thoughtful advice and every effort made to ensure I got what I wanted and stayed within my budget. Really can’t fault the staff here - every time I come in for something (a starter separate system for my daughter, a present for my wife) I’m greeted like a long-lost friend and feel like I’m the centre of the turning world. Can’t recommend highly enough.
