delivery of the samsung s90f 65 in and sound system was on schedule. the setup was straight forward for my son in law who is very good with tech. the picture quality is incredible and along with the sound just blew us away. thank you richer sounds.

I love richer sounds as they sold me a lovely new turntable for a fab price.
I would never go anywhere else, as they are always great and the employees own the store.

Went to pick up some reserved headphones, I didn't realise the shop wasn't open until 11 and I arrived well before that. The guy inside kindly let me in early to pick up the headphones. Always friendly, always helpful, I'd buy all my electronics from you guys if you stocked them. 10/10 service.

Panasonic Tv bought in 8/22 with 5 and 6 year extended warranty
Tv has now failed in March 26 and Panasonic won’t honour the warranty because it wasn’t done under a “promotion ”, whatever that means!?
I have a recollection that I registered the tv for the warranty cover on the Panasonic website back in 22 but apparently they can’t find any evidence of this! I also can’t believe that registering a tv for a warranty is legally key to having the warranty cover , as what about people who can’t do that for whatever reason.
Richer sounds doesn’t want to know as they say I should speak to Panasonic which I have done 3 times
Whether I registered the tv on their website or not the fundamental is I bought a tv, still have the invoice which states the warranty information, but neither richer sounds or Panasonic will own the problem and get the tv fixed. I’m not even looking for a new tv,I would just like it mended.
Spent 3 hours on the phone already to both companies.

Always great service from the guys at Richer Sounds. Visited the Exeter branch to trial a pair of Senheiser headphones. Wasn't allowed at a electrical store nearer to me but the guys at Richer Sounds yep no problem come on in we've got them here. I know £200 isn't a lot for some people but I ain't buying without trying. Was even offered coffee, other shops could learn a lot from them.

Great customer service, I have to admit I was not the easiest customer! I got some ex demo speakers, but then noticed a dent in them when unboxing, I then got new ones, but had a concern, which they then replaced. I ended up buying an audio streamer from them due to their customer service.

We contacted the Exeter store to see if the item we wanted was in stock. The gentleman was very helpful answering our questions. We subsequently visited and ordered the item and it was delivered the next day. Brilliant service all round.

I am happy with the turntable and amplifier purchased. There was a misunderstanding on the specification of the lead for the headphones which was resolved satisfactorily but did require an additional visit to the shop.
