Great TV at a good price. Free delivery came within 2 working days too so can't fault that, was given a 3 hour slot for delivery a day in advance which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Delivery was via DPD so that is a bonus for me. They give you an estimated delivery slot and give regular updates. As it happens my delivery was split over 2 separate vans which caused me some confusion in that after the initial delivery I though I had missing items. I phoned Richer sounds online support, wasn't kept waiting for ages and actually spoke to a real person who was super helpful. he even emailed afterwards to ensure all my items had arrived. Overall really happy with the delivery service and the customer service from Richer sounds.

Excellent service. wharfdale diamond speakers are Excellent using then with a old Technic Sua 700 amplifier and a Dual turntable vinyl sounds Excellent

Hard to say exactly why my purchase from Richer sounds was great to be honest. But the fact that the ordering of my new telly was smooth with a very competitive price cannot be bettered. I had actually already ordered from John Lewis but had to cancel that order due to poor customer service issues. Customer service with Richer Sounds was spot on. Delivery excellent, tracked and informed of delivery to the minute. I can certainly recommend using this company and will definite use them again.

It arrived quickly and required very little setting up. It is working well so far. The after sales service was great.

I had a problem with a faulty soundbar, I received a call from Tom the Customer Service Manager - he could not have done more to help resolve the issue, he was determined to right a wrong made by one of his fellow employees. I received a replacement within days - first class customer service, they truly are a Company who care about its customers. I will be back for my next TV.
