We love our new Rijo coffee machine and our rep, Shaun, has been super helpful and informative throughout the process :)

We've had a great experience of getting our Rijo machine installed at our school. Our sales rep was Shaun Gibbs, who was excellent throughout - even when we were having issues with the payment processing company! The staff love it, and we were very impressed with the super-fast installation! Very prompt replies to emails and excellent service helped make the whole process run smoothly.

We wanted a coffee machine for our Business Centre, so we set about bringing in a few companies to give us demonstrations of what they had to offer. Rijo42 was the outstanding choice!!

Their representative, Steve Robinson, made it so easy to choose Rijo42. He brought the coffee machine into our Centre, set it up and by the end of his demonstration, there was no doubt that their coffee machine was the one for us!!

Steve asked all the right questions about our needs as a Business Centre. He was then able to recommend the right machine for our building and tenants. Our tenants were able to have a taste of the coffee, hot chocolate etc., on the day and together with Steve's knowledge and the quality of the drinks, we were able to make the right choice for our business. Steve was with us all the way to help us make the right decision.

The after service is great too. Steve is just on the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have and to offer any practical help you may need. We have just got a machine from rijo42 for our new coffee shop and play. It all started when the rep Shaun Gibbs who came to see us, his thoroughness, knowledge and advice made us feel at ease and we knew we were in the right hands. Since the machine has been installed, we have had so many compliments on the quality of our coffee. We are using Tunki blend. It's incredible. The aftercare from Shaun has been great too, popping in to see us and making sure everything is spot on. What a great start to our relationship with rijo42. I couldn't recommend Shaun and the team at rijo42 enough

Fraud Company avoid .Misleading salesmen.
Verbally they will tell you something different about the deal and when you agree to it they will send a contract from 3rd party company. Where there are hidden charges. We signed the contract by assuming that it contains the information and deal which was given by sales rep.
I can relate to other customers who wrote a review here how they were mislead verbally into a sale.I can see that we were not the only one who were told that we can return machine and close the account. We agree to have a coffee machine for our store. We were told that I we don’t make enough sales of coffee we can return the machine . But now we find out that it’s a lease . Even you sell your business or close down you still have to pay about £15000 for a coffee machine which costs £6000. We were not told about the yearly admin charge by the sales rep. We were not told that it’s not Rijo you are signing contract with. It’s third party called BNP something.

Regarding the free service they agree to give you for three years ours was cancelled after few months after getting the machine because we were not buying stuff.

Pay for what you get, after 5 years and 2 different suppliers Leodis and Lavazza I have finally found the right supplier for my businesses.

Quick delivery, no minimum orders and an actual coffee machine that can make more than 5 drinks without breaking.

I would like to say a thank you to Mr Hal and the engineers Dan and Gavin they have all been extremely honest, helpful and supportive throughout my 2 installations this year.

Amazing customer service from Youssef at Rijo 42, he went above and beyond to look after me through a complicated process, making me feel totally supported and valued. Can't recommend enough! And the coffee is amazing too!

We have had thr rijo hot drinks machine for 3 years it's a amazing machine that has generated a uplift to my convenience store sales, I have no doubt to potential customers who are thinking about having a coffee machine on their site to seriously consider the rijo brand.

Honest review from a small family ran business.

Good sales team, good engineers, extremely poor customer service. All of their 5 star trust pilot reviews are from when setting up new machines, they bribe you to give them a top rating. They tried to pressure us into it when it was being installed but we always like to wait to see over a period of time,. and I am glad we did!

Cutting an extremely long story short, my Father owned a touch button coffee machine for 6 years prior to me taking over the shop with no major issues. When I took over in 2021, we upgraded to their state of the art fresh milk coffee machine. We have had nothing but problems with this machine. We are being blamed for missed cleans, only approx. 10 over the 4 year period. Their own engineers say one thing, their development managers say another.

Do not be fooled by their fantastic sales team. Stay clear of this company. As soon as something goes wrong, they lay the blame on the user and take no responsibility.

By seeing some recent reviews, it looks like we are not the only business this has happened to.

Can't speak highly enough from the initial sales enquiry with Shaun, Sharon in sales and Mark the head engineer who are all a huge credit to the business! Very knowledgeable, professional and can't do enough.
Quality, turnaround and install of the machine that hasn't missed a beat...On our open day did 330+ drinks!
Ordering and delivery of stock is seamless and next day with time slot updates.
Oh and the coffee isn't bad either! Although the hot chocolate is proving a real winner!

Been using Rijo for the last three years. The coffee is amazing all my customers comment on how much better it is than the other coffee retailers. Love the deluxe chocolate! Wonderful staff and excellent service very responsive to any problems and an excellent service team.

What can I say about my experience with Rijo42
On the day of install some parts were missing so the gent installing could not run a test in the machine and the parts were sent later
When the machine was ready to use the filter was full of sediment and needed flushed and ended up with a salesman on a video call to an installer as they were too busy out of area for the time to fix it

When ordering products I was charged incorrect amounts by my allocated sales team member and to top it off today they have taken £188 for goods in a direct debit they have set up I never even knew about (or any goods I have ordered)

Daniel Bush our accounts manager is fantastic. We had what we thought was a faulty brewer which would have cost us a lot to replace. Daniel came to check on the machine the same day and diagnosed the issue as a blocked tablet slot and took the time to persist in clearing the built up blockage and saved us costs in engineer callouts and unnecessary parts. Great service all around.

Coffee beans overpriced and tasteless it's watery. My usual coffee that I have been purchasing for over 5 years closed. They recommended this company, I cannot imagine why, I set my delonghi to extra strong it made no difference. I kept getting a very bitter taste when I finished drinking, I had to eat a mint. Luckily I still had some of my previous coffee I will not be buying any further orders from this company

We purchased one of these machines which we paid almost 6K for which included a service agreement. With this company you have to purchase their own coffee which we did, we had two machines for two different businesses so already had sufficient stock.However another business with a Rijo42 machine were closing and we purchased their coffee which lasted us sometime. Not long ago we had a problem with the machine (which was supposedly covered by a service agreement) when we rang to say we had a problem with the machine the rude woman on the phone said you havnt bought anything of us for sometime. We explained we had bought stock from a business that had closed and we were basically called liars. The rude woman said that we would need to pay an engineer call out fee of £170 and then if the fault was ours we would have to pay for the repairs etc. We once again explained we had bought Rijo42 from a company that had closed and again we were more or less called liars. The fact we had spent 6K with this company had no relevance they just basically more or less called us liars. This company are quite happy to take 1000s from you but once you have a problem they do their best to wriggle.out of everything they promised you when you sign up with them. We are sat with a machine that we paid 1000s for that is now of no use. There are probably better companies out there oh how I wish we had done our research before getting involved with these robbing lying bàs*ards. Avoid this company as they will eventually rob you, treat you like something they just trod in. They have no customer service skills unless they are taking money from you. I put a review on their Facebook page and guess what they blocked My advice is deal with this shambolic company at your own risk. You will lose.out in the end.

I was with my mother-in-law from New Zealand and saw a sign in a small town advertising the real spirit of coffee. After a couple of sips I looked at her and was quite surprised when she said “let’s try somewhere else” and we left our coffee cups full and found a place near by with a proper espresso machine with good beans and new what they were doing. The coffee was awful. I won’t be trying again.

We have just had our brand new machine fitted, Shaun Gibbs was amazing from start to finish! Explained all! Got us an amazing deal we can’t thank him enough! Top quality product!
