A Ripples Delight
I would like to thank Lisa and her team for making everything possible by bringing my bathroom into budget for me, without the quality or instillation being effected. The only regret I have is I didn't do this sooner, I am now left with a beautiful bathroom that I get the pleasure of using every day. I would definitely recommend Lisa & RIPPLES to future customers without hesitation!
Poor Standard of Service, substandard fittings
This company took almost 9 months to begin a job, installed units that were of an inferior quality to what we had been firmly told, charged us extra because the people they hired to install were so consistenly late that they had to work through the weekend - one day they did not come until 4pm. Trying to contact them about the poor installation on some units and the substandard quality has been nearly impossible. They never return calls or messages, and the little communication we have had has boiled down to « tough biscuits » - they don’t want to hear about their project or take any accountability for poor service. They just don’t care. Cowboy contractors!

I am very pleased with the bathroom renovation. Lisa was extremely helpful with the design and handled all the admin side of the project with great efficiency. She has very good customer service skills which helped things to run smoothly. Happy to recommend this company.
Excellent Bathroom Company
Absolutely over the moon with my new bathroom from Ripples! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and to a really high standard. The attention to detail is spot on — the tiling, fittings, and overall finish look fantastic and feel built to last.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free, with great communication throughout. Everything was kept clean and tidy, and the work was completed on time as promised.
It’s completely transformed the space — it now feels modern, fresh, and a real pleasure to use every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a quality bathroom renovation. Five stars all the way!
Great Experience
Ripples Knowle designed and supplied 3 bathrooms for us. The whole process was so smooth - Gurnaam produced 3 fantastic designs based on the discussions we had in the showroom. When it came to the fitting (for which we used our own builder), Ripples were really helpful and responsive to all queries. The items supplied were of high quality and we have received lots of compliments from friends and family on our new bathrooms! I would highly recommend using Ripples.
Ripples Bournemouth exceeded my expectations
My en-suite had served me well but was in need a refresh. I decided to use Ripples Bournemouth as they were really helpful on my first visit and provided an excellent design service.
Once we had settled on the design Ripples organised everything from delivery to installation and clearance of all rubbish. The installation team, D&B installations, were second to none, very experienced, conscientious and reliable. I am really pleased with the end result and would recommend both Ripples and D&B Installation to anybody looking to create a new bathroom experience.
RIPPLES WALTON-ON-THAMES ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH
Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered thoughtful guidance and many alternatives taking into account our space constraints, specific needs and preferences. She was exceptionally patient and we never felt rushed into a decision. When issues arose during the installation regarding the tiles and basin, she and Sivan dealt with them promptly and without fuss.
Having successfully completed the en suite bathroom, we have no hesitation in chosing them again for the next bathroom.
Great design and customer service from concept to end product.
Dauntingly I had 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom to design and source products for in my house renovation. Overwhelmed, I went to a few bathroom design companies to help me.
I felt Kim at Ripples really listened to my ideas and took time to think carefully about the products to suit the requirements. The illustrated designs beautifully fulfilled the brief. Ripples' excellent customer service continued through the fitting in coordination with one of their recommended installers, Claire, who excelled in completing a top quality finish throughout.
Kim and Michael dealt with any issues promptly and professionally and were an absolute pleasure to work with.

First Bathroom Renovation ...
I have recently taken on my first bathroom renovation and the whole process can be quite daunting!
I visited the Ripples Showroom in Walton on Thames and met with Emily and Sivan. They immediately made me feel welcome and reassured, and very patiently helped me finalise my bathroom design. I initially came in looking for bathroom tiles and have fallen in love with the chosen product, this now on order through Ripples.
Sivan introduced me to Emily, who was extremely dedicated to finding out exactly what I was looking for, gathering information so to create my dream design. It is difficult to recreate what is in your head but Emily really listens and retains all the information getting me where I needed to be. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received.
I ask a lot of questions and both Emily and Sivan have been available through the entire process, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I really am so glad to have found you guys and appreciate all your support and assistance to get me to my final design and order stage for materials! I will most definitely be returning (when I can upgrade my ensuite!) and will be recommending you to anyone looking to design and create their new bathroom.

Jo has provided an exceptional service for our bathroom/utility project. We’ve really appreciated the patience and considerate customer service and support she’s provided since the start of our renovation work. From the initial site visit, to the initial designs and then the follow ups over calls and showroom visits - Jo has provided a wonderful and helpful service.

I am delighted with my new bathroom
I am delighted with my new bathroom - the team at Ripples Bath listened to my needs and transformed a tired space into a shower room that meets my needs as a person of a certain age. The project was part of a whole apartment refurbishment and the team helped with many aspects including all the flooring throughout my apartment and even suggested underfloor heating and radiators for my living space which has proved to be great advice. I am really impressed with Sean, the installer introduced by Ripples and his team who brought the complete vision designed by Ripples to fruition. I am truly grateful for the service and care throughout and continued support provided by Ripples Bath along with the trades people. Thank you.

A dreadful "Experience"
Ripples of Bath like to describe your showroom visits in terms of “First Experience” and “Second Experience” and ours were very pleasant. However, our “Subsequent Experience” was CATASTROPHIC! Without doubt some of the worst “Experiences” we’ve endured. We signed up to simultaneously modernise 4 rooms: 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms. Our “First Experience” was in July 2024, the work was finally completed the following June. During that time we “Experienced” unreliable delivery schedules, incorrect/broken items, delayed replacement items, lack of promised design sketches, lack of promised mood-boards, delayed technical drawings, lack of samples for material choices and a general lack of responsiveness and urgency.
The most damaging “experience” was that 3 of four room designs proved utterly unworkable in practice.
1) Massively over-optimistic attempt to squeeze a bath and separate shower into a room that was too small to comfortably accommodate both.
2) Attempt to build a false wall between a wet-room shower area and bath which again left too little workable space
3) Shower screen doors clashing with the toilet bowl
These “experiences” required significant re-design by the fitter for which, no doubt, Ripples will blame us and say that we approved the designs. That’s true but we naively trusted their “design Experience”. Also, due to a lack of reliable scheduling we “Experienced” the necessity of collecting vanity unit surfaces directly from the manufacturer, collecting furniture items from the showroom and sourcing radiators elsewhere at short-notice to avoid freezing our Christmas guests when the promised items failed to arrive from Ripples.
The final “We’re sick of Ripples Experience” was when, in response to a request for exchange of a woefully inadequate vanity unit for a more sensibly sized one, we were refused and advised, in writing, to buy a new one and sell the supplied item on eBay!
Our advice, to avoid a similar “Experience”, is simply to avoid the “Ripples of Bath Experience” altogether.

Sabotage, not service
We were dazzled by the Bath showroom, enthused by the design consultant's patter and apparent knowledge, but when promise turned to performance the wheels fell off. Given that Ripples design and source, but not instal, we had expected them to build an inventory which they would supply in one, or possibly two, tranches. Instead, they delivered in dribs and drabs. A tap here, a basin there. Always piecemeal, usually late, with incomplete or confused instructions. Our plumber wasted precious (and expensive) time in journeys anticipating promised deliveries that didn't arrive - and when finally they did, they often brought more problems: a basin without a base; a cupboard whose designated location curtailed entry; tiles over or under-supplied, both incurring extra cost. At the forewarned completion date only one bathroom of four was functional. Our builders claim the delays have set them back six weeks and entailed extra labour costs running into thousands. This isn't service - it's sabotage.

Bespoke service - well worth it
Roan is great! He listened attentively to my requirements (way too many for such a tiny bathroom) and produced a detailed design which met my high standards and shallow pockets perfectly - and very quickly. A bespoke service which produced great results. Highly recommended.

More reponsibility needed
Ripples (Bath) should take more responsibility for installers it recommends, Our recommended installer's team managed to put a foot through a hallway ceiling from the bathroom above, caused a leak in the same area and fitted a lavatory in the wrong position.
