Resposta da River Coffee Roasters
Thank you for your order with us. We endeavour to respond to emails by next working day, which in your case we did. We apologise for you receiving a slightly different item. We were unaware that the manufacturer had changed the shape of the glass jug handle as explained in the email otherwise would have updated the product image on our website. We are happy to offer a full refund for this which has now been processed. Kind regards, River Coffee
