Riverside Garden Centre is a very helpful and responsive supplier. When my Weber Spirit II arrived damaged they dealt with it promptly and sent me a replacement part.
Now the downside- the Weber Spirit II - very disappointing. When my Weber Genesis started to burn out after 8 years I decided to downsize to a Spirit, a decision that I regret deeply. The build quality is not a patch on the Genesis, the burners are very difficult to control and they pop and bang when you turn them off. I would not advise anybody to buy a Weber Spirit II. If you can't afford a Genesis, don't bother.

I was very impressed with the quality of plants and the quickness of delivery. I particularly needed these silk Begonia plants as I wanted to have them to put into the funeral sprays I was doing for a customer. Their family member who sadly died absolutely loved them but at this time of year they are not available and I said that I would try and track some down. I’m so happy that I came across your website and that I was able to fulfil their request. Many thanks. Rose.B

Quick delivery as well . What’s not to like?

After placing the order, it was cancelled, apparently because there was not enough money in the account when in actual fact there was. They then sent an invoice asking for payment, after contacting them with no response, we still haven't received the goods and the money has gone out of the account.

Placed an order for a BBQ on Sunday night. It was delivered 9am on Tuesday. Delivery was good with updates on the tracking. Very pleased.

Ordered items online, payment was deducted from my account immediately, got an update that order is shipped, together with a tracking number the next day. However items never arrived or received, despite contacting the company several times, no response. Shambolic customer service. Feels like a scam/fraud.

Rude staff who spoke to me like I was an imbecile! Will never use them again

Very pleased with my Weber BBQ cover . Although this item is available on other websites , having read the reviews about Riverside, I was confident that I would receive good after-sales services if needed .
I would definitely use them again .Also pleased to see that gas can be delivered as some places have stopped providing this .

This is an update on the review left last week. Got an email on the Wednesday, first one ever to tell me the BBQ not a cheap BBQ at that will be delivered on that day. They do want people to wait in for them for 3 days on the off chance they may deliver. Then I get another email saying the BBQ has been delivered signed for by a Kyle . We we live in the middle of nowhere. So thought here we go again. Playing silly game. Asked my partner to phone. I have lost the will with this lot. Sarah actually answered the phone, well apparently it was not delivered but I should not have an email saying delivered, well I have. They do not have a clue what is going on. Oh and still waiting for a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Whenever I want a part or accessory for my Weber BBQ's its always Riverside that deliver the goods even when I do a search they come up cheapest and always have great delivery times. well recommended
