Everything I buy from Rixo I adore and wear them a lot. Flattering and different but I also love that when you find a design that’s great on you it’s often repeated in different fabrics. Fab choice of sizes too. Very inclusive.

Gorgeous velvet top
I visited the Kings Road store and the team there were so helpful. I ended up ordering online so I could get the smaller size. The top arrived quickly and the fabric is such a lovely velvet, can’t wait to wear!

Beautiful dresses
Beautiful dress, high quality material and flattering cut. Prices reflect this but are reasonable in my opinion for the product. My experience was very straightforward and it was a treat to receive the dress I’d had my eye on in beautiful packaging. Would definitely buy again from RIXO.

Go to marylebone or carnaby st
I’ve visited a few of the locations- marylebone and Carnaby street are great. Neither are large but employees are very helpful and friendly. Kings rd has a much larger selection but employees in my experience haven’t been as friendly. I had to walk around to look for someone to help and then was made to feel as though they were doing me a favor when I asked for an item in my size. It wouldn’t deter me from shopping there but I would much prefer to go to one of the other locations

Excellent customer service and stunning dress!
The customer service I received was excellent. I was looking for a dress that was in their sale, the sales assistant rang around all stores to find the only one left in the size I needed. She also advised me perfectly as to what size would be best for me when thinking about the style and fit of the dress. The dress is beautiful, ‘Cyrus’ in teal and fitted perfectly. I look forward to wearing it next Spring/Summer.

Rixo’s the star!…
We have bought many beautiful pieces from Rixo to use as costumes in a movie.. their designs are completely wearable for all ages and shapes. They are well made and really flattering.. we had so many enquiries and comments from everyone on the film as to where the Rixo pieces were from and could they buy them!
Whether it’s a wedding or just every day Rixo has something for you. Also the staff at Kings Rd are charming.. making the shopping experience a really pleasurable one- especially appreciated when one is shopping for work!
Other stores should take note!

I bought my registry wedding dress at…
I bought my registry wedding dress at the Rixo store on kings road. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They gave me as much time as I needed and I asked for an opinion and got one which was also super useful. Because I work for the nhs and it was for my wedding they really kindly gave a discount too. It was such a fun and happy experience. The prints are just the best and the cut is so flattering, it will be a dress I’ll keep forever and I’ve still loved the shape of it when wearing during me pregnancy and post having two children.

I recently bought a fab dress - lovely soft fabric and really flattering shape. It was delivered quickly and sent in beautiful packaging. Slightly on the pricey side but got it in their sale - so think it was good value for money, maybe wouldn’t have been if bought at full price.

Fabulous brand, fit and products from Rixo
I have purchased many items over the last 5 or so years form Rixo both in store and online which I love! Dresses, skirts, blouses and jackets. I love the flattering fit, prints and easy to wear. Customer service has mostly always been good - from lovely helpful sales assistants to speedy delivery and prompt resolution of any issues. I think the quality and fit has improved over time since some earlier items the silk pulled at seams and tore sadly despite the right fit. It’s put me off silk dresses for a while but I have returned to them. Also one thing for me is I am short bodied and therefore sometimes the front is too low and shows too much cleavage or bra which I have to be careful about. But love the brand am a huge fan and am

I’ve bought three Rixo dresses over the…
I’ve bought three Rixo dresses over the last few years and still absolutely love all of them, so much so that Rixo was the first place I looked for my civil ceremony outfit! I ordered the Emilia jumpsuit, after initially trying it on in the beautiful Kings Road shop. It came on time, was in lovely packaging, and was exactly as I had tried in-store.
Rixo has nailed what they do; I often spot their clothing on the streets and know immediately where it’s from. The shops are a joy to visit. And I get complimented whenever I wear their items.
Whenever I buy from Rixo, I know I’ll have that item for many years to come.
