Swift deliver of our seed spreader. But it was a sod to assemble, not accurately machined, and so we had to go to B&Q to get some longer screws. Instructions poor. And for over £200 we really would expect to have a cigarette lighter socket adapter included. Works adequately.

Easy to place the order and the delivery was excellent.
Just the right size log splitter to do the job and easy to store without taking up to much room.
Excellent service, if you have a problem with the splitter, let them know.

It is only when problems arise that a company is able to show it's true qualities. Elice when above and beyond when a delivery company let them down. She was proactive in chivvying the delivery and when that failed she ordered a replacement to be sent out, all the while maintaining excellent communication. Impressive

great machine good comms. Only 4 stars as just missed out on forthcoming offer (within 2weeks and machine still unused at that point) but would not include me in the offer. All good but leaves a sour taste.
