Roho always respond quickly to emails and querys, the products are great value. I had my original roho drysuit for nearly 25yrs and only had 3 sets of seals and one new zip, I used it alot!. They have really looked after me in the last couple of years whilst I have updated my kit.

Excellent service and advice with a large range of products. The most important thing for me was the depth of product knowledge they had on their range. George was very helpful in advising the best options based on my requirements. They are also seemed ethical in the sale and didn't try an upsell or push for products I didn't need. Its nice to see a business like this who wants customer loyalty and to maintain high service levels.

I recently spent the weekend at Capenwray completing advanced open water. All the lads and lasses from ROHO were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome. They did all they could to make me feel at ease and they care about all their students, can’t recommend them enough.

I did my Open Water diving training and course with Robin Hood and it was an absolutely amazing experience, I have also done my first purchases for my scuba gear and the staff have always been so friendly and professional to help me do the right choice for me and my needs and they dont try to sell you all the stuff and gear that you don't need.

George was really helpful and went above and beyond during the process of me buying my first waterski handle. it arrived very quickly and with no issues. i can't wait to try it out! thank you for being a great company!

Over the phone advice from Steve is superb, he's knowledgeable and really pays attention. I needed to exchange my drysuit, as I'd purchased a size that was too tight, I returned it with my measurements, and after a phone consultation where he discussed a number of alternatives. Steve dispatched the right size. I was even more impressed when it arrived less than 24 hrs later. Incredible - lesson learnt, if you need gear from RoHo, measure yourself first, phone up, have a chat and get sorted.

I ordered some snowboard gloves, as I have lost one of mine and realised three days before I'm going away. I ordered some from Robin Hood Watersports, assuming they wouldn't arrive in time, so I had some for the next time I go away. The gloves have already arrived, which means I can take them with me on my trip!
The gloves were exactly as described, great quality and brand and were great value in the sale too.
