Romans have been really helpful in finding our first property with a team of proactive people. Amazing sales team which supported us throughout the process of buying. Had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.

Romans Windsor is SO BAD. If I could give zero stars I would. Blinds in kitchen didnt work for weeks, I was told by the property manager that basically- she didnt believe me leading to the street being able to see in every night and me rarely using the kitchen. I didnt feel safe with people around looking into to my window each night. A heater plug switch blew up with fire causing me damage, cracked switches in the house and floors that were not I insulated at ALL so you could hear every single word and vice versa from flat below with Zero privacy. This wasnt conveyed to me at the start. Cracked switches in the flat which they denied were there when I moved in and tried to see if i had photos of them. My designer watch went missing for days after a viewing and the day of the next viewing it reappeared. Charged £5-20 for every single mark in the walls when the agency should be painting them- a total money making scheme, a small mark on a wall doesnt cost 5 pounds. £20 for a 'few weeds' in the garden when there is no garden, just a carpark at the back of the house which I told them I couldnt use because of the nightmare neighbour (who they had insisted they didnt know about when I moved in) as well as them Telling me I couldnt use carparking space at the back.
Absolutely DISGUSTED. I should have got accident compensation from them for the electrocution and compensation for all the stress of not having blinds and being kept awake all night almost every night by nightmare neighbour who knew there was no floor insulation so made extra noise for attention all the time. No understanding and basically no apology, just trying to put the blame on all of the above on me. They dont take responsibility for anything.

They hit me with a bill of £300 when I left, after every thing was professionally cleaned and ticked off the inventory list they gave me and left in mint condition. Left me emotionally and physically scarred and immense illness, stress etc. Horrible horrible people and service. Irresponsible, opportunistic, rude, zero empathy or understanding. Still recovering from it and I'll take my complaint much higher.
