We believe that creativity is for everyone, and it allows us to belong, connect, heal, and make the world much more colourful. Co-Creative Connection has led community-focused workshops and murals for both the private and public sector. We've partnered with organisations like The Guinness Partnership, Peabody, Lewisham Homes, Eldon Primary School, The Hill Group, Poplar Harca Housing, Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, and Higgins Partnerships in order to bring together over 2000 people to paint, laugh, be creative, learn and make their space their own. Co-Creative Connection also priorotises providing creative opportunities for people with health conditions or impairments, such as Deafroots, in order to provide a safe, creative space for the deaf and hard of hearing. Our goal is to make art accessible to all and encourage individuals from all walks of life to discover their creative selves and express their culture and community through these workshops and community projects.

Rose made our community festival!
Rose made our community festival at Camley Street feel so special and fun, bringing our regeneration site hoarding to life with a brilliant collaborative mural activity. She was fantastic to work with and created such a welcoming, creative experience for everyone who took part.

Biggleswade Community Gardens mural
Thank you Rose for delivering a beautiful mural for Biggleswade. Biggleswade Community Gardens commissioned a mural for the train station to celebrate 200 years of the railway and 175 years of Biggleswade station and our connection to market gardening history. We wanted a community driven mural to celebrate Biggleswade and brighten up our town, and it wasn’t easy negotiating with all the relevant partners and ensuring it was truly community driven, however Rose was able to step in and sort everything from the train companies to leading a workshop where everyone had a chance to submit their ideas.
Seeing the kids’ faces at the mural unveiling as they spotted their artwork was brilliant! Really heart warming, life-affirming work and it turned out so much better than we expected!"

It was a really special project to be part of, and seeing the children recognise their own artwork at the unveiling was definitely one of the highlights!! For sure. The sense of ownership and pride is exactly what community art is all about.

I had a wonderful experience volunteering with Rose @ the Co-Creative Connection, working on a mural for a local school. Rose’s commitment to high quality productions is really evident through her attention to detail and persistence, working long hours to make sure it was ready for the kids. You can truly see how much passion she has for creating beautiful places, and her bubbly personality is reflected in her pieces. As an artist myself, I really appreciated the high quality materials she used, but also the thought behind the design was absolutely incredible. Looking forward to working together again soon!

Rose produced an amazing workshop in…
Rose produced an amazing workshop in person on 27th September 2025. The workshop was to design a mural for Railway 200 the anniversary of the first public railway. It was a great event in our local community centre.
Everyone was very engaged and we hand a fun time making drawing of suggestion to go into the mural. The most amazing thing was how she brought it together and got a range of people to come to an unexpected conclusion. We all thought the wonderful community spirit in Biggleswade was the most important thing we had in the town. I think this element will come through in the mural as well as the trains, Green Wheel walking route, nature and groups that we suggested.
Rose handled the meeting with great enthusiasm and care as young and old enjoyed colour and drawing were experienced in a new way.
I really enjoyed it and so did everyone else. A very successful event which will no doubt result in a very interesting mural to be mounted early next year near our local Railway station as our monument to Railway 200. Looking forward to the future unveiling.

Rose was commisioned to paint a hoarding mural
Rose was commisioned to paint the hoarding sectioning off the next phase of the regeneration off Mitcham Eastfields. Rose again used kids artwork to design the mural & then residents got involved with painting the background after which Rose painted the abstract art working right up to dark,when it started getting difficult to see she used a head torch. the mural is so good that residents have asked if they can have a mural on the other side of the hoarding as well. All I can say is having watched from the kids enthusiastically putting their ideas on paper to seeing the finished mural, well done Rose another brilliant piece of art. Hopefully Rose will post photos.

My daughter joined one of Rose’s workshops and had a great time! She explained the task to do really well, was fun and engaging and my daughter loved the final result!

Poster Workshops with Rose
I attended three workshops with Rose, where she has talked us through the process of designing a poster through colour theory, choosing fonts, composition, hierarchy and layout.
Rose has a very positive and supportive manner and has made time for everyone in the group to share their thoughts and progress.
It has been lovely to work with Rose over the past few weeks, and I really feel as if I've created something artistic that can withstand public scrutiny, which I didn't think would be possible!

Thought provoking and thorough workshops- I learned so much!
I attended Roses' 2nd and 3rd workshops on Community Railway projects. It was incredibly useful the way that the workshops brought together funders, councillors and community groups to get advice on funding. I found it especially helpful to hear about social value metrics and think about this in relation to my own projects. After last weeks' session I used the Gantt Chart work schedule that Rose showed in the workshop to create a plan for an upcoming project- I sent it to the client and it meant they could confirm their availability for giving design approval at certain times and for preparing the wall ready for a mural. The sessions were really thorough and thought provoking. Many thanks Rose!
