This site is beautiful - I love all the dresses and tops that I am seeing. I initially chose 6 items to order but cut it back to 1. I won't order more until I see the quality of the dress. I'm hoping this will be my go to site to order clothes!

Website was easy to use; i was able to apply discount coupon with no issues. I was able to find all items in color i wanted and size i wanted. This is my 6th order on this site; will gladly continue to shop here.

I found it very easy to use the website. I have never shopped with an unknown (to me) provider, so more will be revealed when my dress arrives.

Everything went easy. I asked for faster delivery as I am traveling and there was no answer. Shipping is $10.00 and I get they could do better then 20 days??

Easy ordering. Delivery is slow. Quality is decent in terms of how garments are made, but some fabrics are questionable as far as durability and wear. They don't look as good in person as they do on the models.

You should NOT make returns so difficult. It discourages customers from buying from you if they cannot return merchandise. If you want loyal customers, make it easier to return items not hard. Do not haggle. Stop offering discount to keep merchandise the customer doesn't want. Just give them their money back. This creates an incentive for them to continue shopping with you and to buy more.

Also, factually label the material of your products. Examples include, cotton, rayon, polyester, silk, nylon, ... Jersey does not tell me what the fabric is.

I haven't received it yet, or haven't heard if it was shipped, or if it's getting ready to ship. I'll let you know when I get it. You took my money from my credit card and that's it.

A doctor I work with introduced me to the site and I love it. I'm having a ceremony and needed a linen dress, this site is perfect for the look we're going for with reasonable prices.
