Mijn pokemon kaarten lagen netjes klaar, 2 kaarten waren er niet , maar ik kon me geld terug krijgen of wat anders uitzoeken allemaal heel soepel en vriendelijk

Vorige week iets besteld en tot op heden niks ontvangen. Twee mails gestuurd waar ik geen reactie op krijg. Ik ga hier aankomend weekend maar eens langs om verhaal te halen! Erg vervelend dit.

Rotterdam Comics is old school retail with a clear goal to make the online experience feel more like going to the store to build a genuine customer/seller relationship. As a collector having a personal connection with the place I buy is really important and the team went above and beyond to give me a fantastic experience.

Unable to contact anyone regarding to my online order. Sent emails a few times, even attempted to send text via WhatsApp. Still no answer for more than 2 weeks. Still waiting for what I ordered 2 weeks ago.

The comicbook came in mint condition. Delivery was a bit slow.

I ordered a book two weeks ago and never received it. I didn't get a tracking number, even though I paid €15 for shipping. I haven't received a response to email inquiries about where the package is or whether they have a tracking number. They don't have PayPal, so they don't offer buyer protection. The money is gone, and I've never received a comic or a reply.

So I order a package I did worry after looking at the reviews and I had placed a order but the communication is great I didn’t get a reply for couple days but after I did get a reply ever since it’s been a very good customer service I haven’t received the package yet but has been sent off I will update this once I have received my order but in all and all great customer service and support when out of there way to check on my order with the company they used

Misschien een beetje duur maar wel perfecte service!

Door fout van mezelf het verkeerde postcode door te geven heeft hij tot 2 keer toe contact gezocht om het product toch bij mij te krijgen dat is klant gericht denken top !!

2 weken geleden besteld en nog steeds niks verzonden. Op mijn mail wordt ook niet gereageerd. Als je hier besteld ben je dus gewoon je geld kwijt. Oplichters!

Ik heb 15-2-25 funko pop besteld wel mailtje gehad met dat ik betaald heb .maar niet waneer het aankomt . Dus mensen ben bang dat ik gelicht ben . Want ze reageren niet op mail en op watts app. Dus hij deze wil ik iedereen waarschuwen en hier dus niks bestellen

Placed an order on 2/10 and paid significantly over retail because the item is somewhat difficult to find. The company IMMEDIATELY, the day after, tripled the price of the item the next day with a caption that read ”rare out of print item", failed to fill the order, refused to respond to multiple requests for a shipping update, and I can confirm that at least one other person has the exact same experience for the exact same item. This store is clearly predatory with its pricing and I suggest everyone avoid them

My item hasn't arrived yet, what's the status?

Pakket na 2 weken nog niet ontvangen, reageren nergens op. Mocht het eind van de week nog niet terug zijn neem ik contact op met mijn bank.

Terrible. Not a good experience at all. Never received my order, no communications with the shop, not able to get hold of anyone or get someone to respond to any queries via phone, email or WhatsApp. Definitely do not recommend. Rather go somewhere else.

Kaarten gekocht en zagen er goed uit

Ik heb een product gekocht waarvan ik het nog steeds niet binnen heb. Ik krijg ook geen antwoord op mijn mails over the delivery date. Ik vind dit heel apart.

Vandaag, 14 Januari, alsnog mijn bestelling uit December ontvangen, heel blij mee, verzenddatum 10 Januari, er is dus iets mis gegaan in December. Even een reactie op een van mijn mails had een hoop frustratie gescheeld, er kan altijd wat misgaan.

Toujours pas de réponse concernant l'achat de ma commande je ne vois pas l'envoi de celle-ci par la poste
