Purchased new teak garden table and chairs excellent delivery a couple of days following order the quality is extremely good a few days later decided to purchase a cover thought delivery was really expensive but following telephone call reduced really nice to speak with someone who managed to sort it for me would highly recommend this company

Also amazing customer service.
I found this store by pure good luck when searching for garden furniture.
Bought a lovely set in the sale which arrived in under a week. Even my husband (who can be quite picky) was impressed by the build quality.
Communication and customer service were great in booking the delivery and getting it to us very quickly.
We will definitely be back. I already have my eye on their sun loungers for next year!

Poor quality all round
Not the quality I would expect for the price. Poorly aligned pre drilled holes. Very poor extendable section (and would never fit the six people it claims). Poor customer support

We do appreciate your comments raised and we see you emailed us on the 17th July to provide images which is much appreciated. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if there is any damage or concerns with the furniture we always try to provide a swift and appropriate resolution where possible. We did respond the same day, asking you to take pictures with clear visibility of the stickers next to the holes with the way you were attempting to assemble the furniture both for our Quality Control purposes and to be able to provide you a resolution upon your response. We did not receive any response from yourself and so we were not able to clarify how you would like this to be resolved.
Please rest assured that we are determined to help you in this matter, we do apologise that you felt the overall experience was not good and this is certainly not in line with our high standards we pride ourselves on. We value all feedback and this will be considered regardless. Extra Thick 4cm Top Teak Oval 180-240cm Garden Furniture Set
I have just taken delivery of my new "Extra Thick 4cm Top Teak Oval 180-240cm Garden Furniture Set" and it is excellent. I placed my order on Tuesday morning and it was delivered just three days later. The delivery arrived very well packaged with plenty of protection to prevent damage in transit. Many thanks to the delivery team from Higher Jump Logistics who carried the set to my back garden because it was heavy. It took me a short while to assemble to table but the fitting were provided and instructions very clear. The set is superb quality and my experience with Royal Finesse has been first class.
