Never trust a service that has no direct customer service number, for one.

Made an order from the website and got a promo in a message saying you can get 100 UAH off your order in the app. Installed the app, added stuff and that's where the hoop jumping started. The promo just wouldn't apply.
I went to their physical store where they told me to contact them via chat (which is ridiculous in and of itself. If you have physical stores, you should be able to get help there).
The chat operator told me the promo could only be applied to one of my selected products, which was sold by ROZETKA itself and it needed to exceed 100 UAH. Great, I added another one to my cart and lo and behold - nothing. Couldn't apply the promo yet again.
I contacted them via chat again, and that's where they told me the order needed to be over 500 UAH for the promo to apply and gave me a link to the conditions.

Now, my first question is this: is it that hard to put the link with the terms in the actual message along with the app link? Is it?

My next question is: who's going to compensate me for the time I spent dealing with this with absolutely nothing to show for it?

And get this: when asked where I can leave a review/ suggestion for the service, the operator told me I could type it in the chat and they will send it to the relevant department.

In the end I ordered the product from another tried and true service which doesn't use false advertising to make you get their app, has a customer service number and offers free next day delivery, by the way. So there. Take my experience for what you will.

Реклама лазить зі всіх щілин. Неможливо навіть заблокувати рекламу. Блокую, і знову через деякий час влітає. Дратує, відстежує та збирає кожні кроки користувача навіть якщо користувач не зареєстрований.

Щодо стосовно магазину там багато неякісних неперевірених продуктів та вживаних продуктів без відгуків та ще з високою ціною. Модерація скромна, блокують всі залишені відгуки. Неможливо повернути товар при жахливому досвіду використання товару.

Хороший магазин пока не делаешь заказ. Потом начинается полная анархия. Твой заказ разбивается на кучу разных продавцов, все с платными доставками из разных мест. У всех разные способы оплаты доступны. И с каждым нужно общаться. В общем больше похоже на доску объявлений чем на магазин.

Great store. I've been a customer maybe for 15 years. Everytime I've got fully satisfied with level of customer service. 4 stars only for additional commission when you order to small Rozetka's store and when you pay offline.

It's not the first time I order from them. Everything is great. Products as described on the website. Very simple and intuitive application. Support always explains everything clearly. It is very convenient that there is free shipping if they are the seller of the goods.

I ordered a product using a gift certificate. The choice of goods was quite extensive. I was pleased to be able to pick up the goods not far from home, as there was a branch outlet nearby. The site is simple and easy to use. But the price is still a little more expensive than in offline stores.

I order goods not the first year. Delivery is pretty fast, plus the site is easy to navigate. I like that there are filters and I can find everything I need. Thanks to the large selection of products you can order everything in one place. Rated three because often the goods are not delivered properly and the site doesn't always want to take responsibility for that.

A great resource for finding everything; I ordered both drinks and electronics at the same time. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is because some of the drinks were damaged — the soda cans were dented. Other than that, it’s a wonderful resource, very user-friendly.

В першу чергу хочу зазначити що я не маю притензій до самих агентів підтримки які просто роблять свою роботу.
Я розумцію що є процедри які вам ренкомендовано виконувати. Проте, часо буває так, що рішення знаходиться буквально перед носом і процедури з перевірками явно не доречні...

Я хотів купити монітор у сервісі Розетка.
Вибрав модель і вже перейшов до покупки, аж тут дізнався що доставка кур*єром по якісь дивній причині просто не доступнаю При виборі цієї доставки сумма за товар падає до 0 і сама покупка не підтверджується.

Для мене це було більш як дивно оскільки як я так і моя дружина постійно замовляємо товари з різних магазинів (включно з розеткою) саме доставкою кур*єром оскільки так зручніше і ніколи з цим проблем не було.
Але не на цей раз.

Загалом після контакту з службою підтримки з двох окремих користувачів, моя дружина отримала дещо грубі та ліниві відповіді ( коротко - це не до нас це НП вам не доставляє посилки (в той час коли кур*єр НП уже з моєю сім*єю вітається як зі старими друзями)) без будь-яких спроб розібратись з ситуацією.

Мені ж пощастило з агентом більше. Спілкування було в м*яких тонах, були спроби розібратись з ситуацією відразу, проте, так як це була субота, 27 липня, видно агент дуже хотів\ла позбутись надоїдливого клієнта і закрити кейс. Уточнили адресу доставки, сказали що зв*язались за уточненням і діло заглохло до сьогодншнього вечора.

Мало того що товар яким я цікавився закінчився через 2 дні після створення запиту, так ще й сам запит можна було б вирішити буквально за 10 хвилин простим переглядом історії покупок мого аккаунту.

Більше того я був змушений купувати меньш функціональний монітор за більші гроші тільки тому що це була уже терміновість через фактичну затримку з рішенням моєї мілкої проблеми.
А монітор був далеко не останнім товаром який я мав намір придбати в той день.

Ще в додачу я чітко вказав що я уточнив це питання з НП, підтвердив можливість доставки кур*єром, та уже дуже довгий час користуюсь доставкою кур'єром з Розетки включно.

Чесно кажучи, це взагалі все смішно якось...
З цього дня розеткою я постараюсь мати справу тільки у випадках смертельної безвиході і без будь-яких інших варіантів.
Також застережу друзів та знайомих які також досить часто ставали клієнтами сервісу. Благо, зараз дуже багато різних інших сервісів які надають і кращу підтримку і якісніший товар, і повний супровід у разі проблем.

А рішеня на протязі 3ох днів це вже далеко від адекватного і вчасно наданого сервісу.

Every time I buy here, everything is ok, the sellers contacted me quickly and the delivery was ok. When I ordered a jacket last week the seller called me and we chose the size together.

I agree with the opinions of others and once again emphasize: the service and attitude towards customers is below average. There was an unpleasant situation when the sneakers turned out to be the wrong size. I decided to issue a refund. The money was returned, thank you, but not quickly. Draw conclusions.

Somebody used my card and stolen 10000 CZK from my bank account when purchasing eletronic from Rozetka. I dont understand how payment was verified as it must be fone on my mobile with fingerprints. My bank (and police soon) is investigating. Not trastful here at all.

Fluch. Es ist ein schreckliches Unternehmen, das dem Kunden nach Rücksendung des Produkts eine Widerrufsmöglichkeit bietet. Während ich eine ganze Woche lang versuchte, einen über Klarna getätigten Fehlkauf zu stornieren, erfuhr ich, dass die Bestellung nicht storniert wird, weil sie geliefert wurde. Ich muss 1750 Euro bezahlen. Und das, ohne überhaupt zu wissen, was ich gekauft habe.

quite a good site. The design is excellent. shipping acceptable. I have not had experience with a service center and cannot rate it. Once I just ran into the problem of choosing the right post office, and everything is completely fine.

I had a mistake to shop online with ROZETKA

To be honest, I was very surprised by the section of this online store... There are very few reviews (even though it's the largest online store in the country) and half of them are mostly negative. I want to say that the website is very user-friendly and simple, there is nothing unnecessary and everything is intuitive. I like it. That the site has a lot of reviews and comments on most products. Moreover, the reviews are different. The registration procedure is standard. After ordering on the website SMS with confirmation of ordering comes to my cell phone, and a few hours later the operator calls back. The site officer once again clarifies the order and your data, and discusses all the details of delivery and payment.

You can also call the operator and place the order yourself by phone. The hotline phone numbers are listed on the site. Despite everything, I definitely recommend this online store, which has more than once saved me money and time!

In my opinion the best online store in Ukraine, like a supermarket. Continiosly use this store, recommend.
