I watched several video reviews of your product and the competition before finally settling with RTS. Hopefully I will never have to use this ever, but if I do I feel like I made the correct choice. Your website is easy to find available products. I orders something that was in stock according to your website, there was a little bit of a delay in the shipping of the Carrier and plates. I ordered a mag holder a couple days later and it almost arrived before my original order. Not a deal breaker....... Would recommend to anyone that ask me I would have to tell them about the delay I experienced.

The people at the company were kind and helpful. Once verified my order was processed and shipped right away. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I appreciate the panel being NIJ tested. Ordering was easy. Arrival date was ambiguous; for a couple days I did not know when it was going to be delivered.

Terrible company!! Just bought a tac rig and it didn’t fit tried returning it won’t let me return it and I have to pay to return it and pay extra for bigger size plates. First and last time ever buying. Now they want to respond saying they helped or tried helping me the point is it was zero mention about being able to return this plate carrier. It’s sitting in the box not ever used. Trying to respond sounding like you guys are helping but terrible customer service and you have to email them and wait for response. Customer service is not what I thought it would. DONT BUY!

Israel provided great customer service. He called to let me know when my order would ship, I told him it'd be late for when I needed it. He expedited the order and I received it the day before my training. Will shop here again.
