Ordered from Rubbersole and received the shoes the next day! Customer service is brilliant too as had to return for another size. An actual real life person answers the phone!! Will definitely shop here again.

Easy to choose on website, very wide range of footwear, easy to order.

I placed an order for doc martens boots on the 29th July 2023 it is now 6th August and still no boots I don’t have an order number so I can’t track my delivery i have had no correspondence no up dates on delivery
I just want a refund I am worried I I have been scammed out of £118.30 my name Jeanette Martin

I’ve got to say after reading bad reviews I was thinking twice about placing an order!! I can honestly say I’ve had no problems at all and it’s been amazing service.. Free delivery and item arrived within a few days of placing the order.. Thank You Rubbersole I will definitely order again.

I was worry at beginning as after checkout the transaction done under Spartoo name.and I read review about Spartoo before and that was the reason I didn’t order on Spartoo website.
But I can say Great price and received parcel after 7 days.
I just give 3 star because they say on the website free standard delivery but they charged me £4.99 for delivery.

Very positive experience! Ordered the Crocs sandals which I’m really happy about. The website suggested I size up which I’m glad I did. Got the standard free delivery and my order arrived the next day.

Easy to use website, I don’t know about goods or delivery yet as I’m fresh off the ordering process but Crocs are Crocs that’s why I ordered them

Don’t use this company, I’ve been waiting on a delivery for 10 days and can’t get in touch with anyone at customer service, shocking service

Update: I have received the £4 compensation, still unable to chat to anyone in customer service, and still have no trainers or an estimated date for delivery, now 4 days past my partners birthday, it’s bad day when the best form of communication to a company is via trust pilot

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers they arrived on time. I had to return one pair as they didn't fit the refund was issued within 5 days. I would highly recommend Rubbersole

It is ridiculous that Rubbersole make a "commitment" to free delivery, and then charge delivery, at least for both of my orders. To me, the website banner is highly misleading.

I read reviews and was a bit nervous ordering for the first time but I really wanted the trainers and the price was unbeatable. I ordered yesterday at 3pm they arrived today at 12:30! Fastest delivery I’ve ever had! Would definitely order from here again

I read some poor reviews so was reluctant to use Rubbersole but they were the only place that had what I wanted in stock, in my size. I received a £10 discount voucher from them so I ordered my trainers. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be, free of charge. They arrived well packaged, correct item, great quality. I did ring them about the discount voucher initially as it didn't work but they sorted this immediately for me. I would have no problem recommending Rubbersole and I will use them in the future. :-)

Initially I was a bit hesitant to order from Rubbersole after reading the reviews but when I ordered, I was surprised to see how efficient and ethical they are.
Everything was processed smoothly and was well above my expectations.
Never have I received such kind of professional support.

I must state that I was sceptical to order from this website after reading the reviews on here. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. Having ordered the sought after New Balance 327 trainers, and already being let down from another website, I was expecting an email to say they are actually not in stock and then struggle to get a refund. Instead, I ordered them on 14.02.23 and one day after, 15.02.23 they have arrived! No issues at all.
