Excellent customer service, always very smooth and easy communication, I have mainly spoken with Erin, Ella and Aimee who are always very friendly as are the rest of the employees! And when I actually got the job she sent me a hand written card saying congrats! Now that's a service and a half, if you ask me. My experience working with this agency has been nothing but positive from day one. On my very first day at a new job, they drove all the way from Poole, Bournemouth to Salisbury just to bring me some work shoes, which really showed how dedicated they are to helping their staff.
