I ordered three Port Meirion mini vases. One arrived completely broken into pieces, the other two were chipped. They were not well packaged for shipment. Waiting to hear back from Rue La La. Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from them again!

terrible shipping, arrival way over due,FEDEX to USPS and it is sitting in an distant USPS office.....no way to contact a real person at Rue La la.and no tracking after Fedex turned it to USPS at one of their hubs....five days ago......Stinks

I ordered a Aidan Mattox gown at a fraction of the retail price . I stumbled on this sight as I was seeking the gown in a size 2 . They had the item new with tags . I have a few Aidan Mattox gowns so I know the quality and sizing. The gown was packed excellent in a nice solid box. The gown arrived extremely fast to Australia . Tracking was good but slow sometimes to up date . The gown was exactly as described excellent new condition with tags . I will be purchasing from here again

Order specific product (color and design) and none of the products (2) were the correct color and design. I was told my chosen products were not available to replace. I feel bated and switched. They either are terrible with their inventory or are deliberately sending product they want to move and hope the customer 'settles' with it.

Ridiculous return policy for an online store! I ordered a pair of pants for my sister for her birthday. I ordered them and gave them to her but they did not fit. Because it had been less than 30 days since I received them in the mail, I didn’t think I would have a problem. I was surprised to find out that you only have 21 days from the time you place an order to return it! I have never seen an online store with less than a 30 day return window! I learned an expensive lesson and that is to stick with reputable online stores! After researching this company, I have read about many people who bought what they thought were designer handbags only to find out they were fake. I guess I’m lucky that I was only out the cost of a pair of pants that I’m stuck with. My advice is to stay away from this company!

Buyer Beware!!! this "exclusive members only" site is horrible. I ordered an item after I had to sign in with an email. After the order was placed the email got compromised and I no longer usr that email. However my issue was with the delivery. The flimsy cardboard box was left out in the weather. The box was so soaking wet that when I went to pick it spit completely fell apart. The item inside was wet and stained . I looked for a customer service number which is almost impossible to find but after a good search I found it, I spoke to Carla and I told her the situation with the email. She looked up my order by the order number which was on a sticker on the disintegrated shipping box. Not even a packing slip in the box. She found the order but told me Rue La La does not do their own returns and she sent me a link to the third party . I quickly tried to fill out their form.I was told the order number was invalid.So I sent pictures via mail to them of the packing sticker with the order number, pictures of the still wet cardboard mess of a box, and of the damaged item itself. That was last week and I have not received one word of any resolution from Rue La La or the third party. At this point all I want is a refund and some direction on what to do with the damaged item. I REGRET EVER ORDERING FROM RUE LA LA . I do not recommend this web site at all. HORRIBLE HIORRIBLE service

Bought many items from Rue La La a few years ago. I just told by Fashionphile today that the Gucci bag I bought from RueLaLa is FAKE. Be aware of this company, can't believe it's a SCAM. Now I have to authenticate all the bags I bought from them or Gilt.com, they are the same company.

Nothing has never arrived at my address. I’ve ordered 3 time and never received my paid items. They give me credit but I don’t want to buy from them

Rue LaLa is running a scam business, where you will most likely eventually receive your item but may be delayed for up to a year, even if the item is in stock and ready to ship. The reason being that they "bank" your money to earn interest or invest in other parts of their business, thus getting rich just off the fact that they are keeping your money and delaying your order. I will be turning this company in to the FTC and the attorney general of their state. They refuse to cancel your order, customer service will never answer, your only recourse is to open a case on your credit card.

Damaged from the delivery, on 2/7/26 and immediately on 2/7/26wrote to Ruelala with pics) about the flat iron that will not turn on or heat up! Received, thrown in our driveway. Box the flat iron was in was cracked as it is a plastic molded insert that has numerous cracks. The outside of the same box has a gold detail strips that were in pieces delivered in a thin bubble wrap mailing envelope. Will not heat up. They will charge me 22.99 to return it if I won’t take a credit. Unethical! This does not work, it did not have plastic around the plug as new product do, the iron itself had scuffs and worse if all it does not heat up so it’s useless. Don’t be held hostage, don’t buy from them!!

These shoes are what the industry would call seconds or items that aren't up to standards to sell at full price. I had a legitimate pair of Clarks shoes and loved them! So, I ordered the exact same pair from these folks. The shoe quality was terrible with buckling and ill fitting areas around the ankles and they used thick shoe strings where the ones I purchased from Macy's were thin shoestrings. They are uncomfortable and they don't match each other totally. I will never purchase from here again.

So I know there are ALOT of negative reviews for Rue La La (a fact I did not know until after my impulse buy) but I will say my experience was great. I found a canvas I really wanted on Icanvas for around 500.00 (sale price). After reverse image searching I stumbled across Rue La La where it was listed for a much deeper sale. I paid closer to 200.00. I purchased, received confirmation and didn’t do addition research until the following day. My heart dropped when I visited trust pilot only to see the outrageous amount of 1 star reviews. I sat with that anxiety for about a week. I received emails when it shipped and it actually arrived sooner than the eta. The package was wrapped perfectly and the canvas was exactly as described. It even had the icanvas logo on the packaging!!! Overall I have never been this happy with a purchase or a companies sale price. It completed my whole space at a fraction of the cost and arrived before eta!!

I have been a member of this company since 2009. I have NEVER had a problem with shipping, nor have I had a problem with returning a item. Customer services is excellent. The few times I have called customer service the agent is eager to make me happy.

They stole over 4k from me and never refunded it at a time when I desperately needed a wardrobe, after unimaginable hardship, busted my ass and needed a normal wardrobe. This company stealing and setting me up for failure after a decade of hardship. It doesn’t matter the circumstance— this company can’t be in business and they must must- the ceo must be in prison for doing this.

It is authentic , very good quality, love the company , not for those who expect amazon style of delivery but it is well worth the wait .

Despite the many negative reviews (i admittedly only read after ordering) I ordered from ruelala and received my item on time. The tracking didnt update for more than a week, so I was horrified my order could be canceled eventually but everything turned out perfect. Highly recommend!
