Was looking for this for a night time race.

Love your shirts! Great service too

Text is easily read by runners, and cyclists. Helpful in alerting others of my visual immpairment.

We just bought the 3rd hat for my husband from your company. He loves them and wore the old ones out, even though he still wears them, too. He loves that they are so light weight. I love that they are reflective and that not too many runners wear orange hats, so I can pick him out during races! We bought an Air Force shirt with the hat this time and it fits great. Love your company!

I love running in RUSeen tops; especially during my LR. Reflective, moisture wicking and high quality tops that I’ve been enjoying for years. The cute sayings on their tops are a bonus. I highly recommend this brand.

I wanted a custom design in reflective material for a themed midnight half marathon and Amy was so helpful. She walked me through the process and options and her first proof was spot on to what I was picturing. We got the shirts a few weeks later and I love the way they came out. We're looking forward to wearing them for the race.

I needed to up size my shirts, and everything was fast with no problems and shirts look great.

The measurements were wrong. I need to return. I called and no one responded to me or returned my phone call.

Ordered two shirts, to be shipped to the UK. Paid significant postage and packaging charges.

After three weeks, they still hadn’t arrived and so sent a query to their contact email. I was informed that it looked like it was still shipping, and that they couldn’t provide me with any more information.

2 weeks later (and after plenty of emails from me, none of which were responded to), it transpires that they are suck in customs as Ruseen didn’t pay the correct tax on them. I email Ruseen asking about this, why they haven’t paid the right sums, and whether they can cover this - all to no reply.

Eventually I had to shell out from my own pocket to allow them to pass customs. But not happy.

Terrible customer service, and just downright scummy for a company to a) screw up the import taxes, and b) not admit their mistake and pay for them when they are asked for - especially after charging for such high export fees in the first place.

Great fit. Very reflective. Perfect for early morning runs!
