Highly professional throughout. They’ve got their back office and communication in place and it shows. Rachel in the front office was communicating every day with many, many pictures of the process on a google drive link. Being a nerd, I loved it. Given the process is three solid days of cleaning, rust treatment, then application of a protective coating, the price is very reasonable. My car was just about to turn, the subframe was covered in rust, wheel arches and bolts spotted with rust. I couldn’t believe the quality of the result. Highly recommended.

What a great company to deal with, if you want professional, friendly and comprehensive advice I cannot recommend them enough. The whole team are genuine and helpful. From the initial inspection and guidance on treatment options through to the finished product, you are kept informed the whole way through. This also included a photo diary of progress which is great to see and understand the complete process. I chose the Dinitrol treatment option to protect and extend the life of my Land Rover and I am immensely satisfied with the results.

I had my Honda Civic treated with Dinitrol rust-proofing at Rustec and was particularly impressed by the communication and client service throughout.

Rust had become my enemy, having taken my first car away from me I could not let the same fate be for my Type R. After a thorough internet search I trusted Rustec with the task to preserve her with an underseal. Long story - short, I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service executed. They also offer annual checks with top ups.
If you want a proper underseal, no need to continue to search, Lloyd and his team is the no brainer answer.

We chose Rustec for the rust proofing of our car thanks to all the previous 5 star reviews and we were not disappointed. Living really close to the coast we knew from past experiences that rust proofing our “new to us” car would safe guard against corrosion. There are a few local businesses to us that offer similar treatments, in half a day for half the price. We did not think that’s possible. That’s why we chose Rustec. Well worth the five hour round trip. Assured from the outset. Fantastic customer service. It was great to see the team at work. Having regular updates over the few days was very assuring. 1998 Daihatsu Terios

I had looked at previous reviews and they were all incredibly positive so booked my vehicle in as I wanted to future proof it for years to come opting for the Dinitrol treatment.
The team were great, the communication was frequent and clear. Lloyd looked at the car upon arrival and was clearly happy with what he saw ( Terios's have a propensity to rust) . The work was started straight away and you could tell that the attention to detail was there. The first photo's arrived in my folder and kept coming every stage of the comprehensive process. Helen kept me updated with everything. There was some remedial work that needed doing and the repairs were fairly priced and the welding was finished so well considering it was underneath the car and not visible as if it was a visible area - the welder was clearly very skilled. It's that level of care and attention to your vehicle that shows that it's not the money but the vehicle that Lloyd and his whole team care about . This is a professional outfit that do what they say they will, keep you posted at all times and really care about the service they are giving you. I cannot recommend this garage enough they did a top drawer job and then some. You will not leave there disappointed for sure . Paul

Not for many decades have I experience such genuine customer care. I thought it was long gone, dead to corporate greed.
But yet here at Rustec it is alive and kicking!
Lloyd, you have a magnificent business, and a loyal hardworking team. Helen and Corine were so helpful with logistics, and in this heatwave the work you and the team did goes above and beyond. The photo record is a major part of the service, provenance that under the Black Goo is a sound car that has been cared for!
I couldn't be more happy to pay for this investment on my MX5 and hopefully give it another 20 years! 😀

Fantastic- a small, dedicated team with real experience and enthusiasm. They just did a full Dinitrol treatment on my “new” Range Rover. I spoke with many companies and they were the ones who really took the time to explain the options to me, and convinced me that they would do a thorough, unrushed job. They delivered on that - my local LR mechanic is very impressed and I now have a car fit for for Scottish winters! The customer service and quality of the work are both
first-rate and the application really well calibrated, so no MOT inspector is going to say anything is hidden!

From our first contact on Thursday 4th June - Friday 5th June we arrived with our car for them to inspect, we were given an indepth explanation of the work that would be completed, together with the pricing. We left the car with them having already agreed this may be possible. This meant that we did not require a courtesy car (they have 4 or 5 available for customers) The work was then started on Monday 8th June with photo's being sent to us via a secure folder for us to see how the work was undertaken, this happened at each stage of the process, right through until the work was completed.

Lloyds and his team found that under layers of rust we had a potential issue with a rust hole in our gear box oil sump. This was highlighted to us as a problem that needed addressing. Our car is quite a unique little 2 seater sports car with only 40 left in the UK. Following the work which was completed to a very high standard, and superb finish, the car was ready for collection on Friday 12th June.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The whole experience from start to finish was great.

Stand-out parts were;

- the ever-patient Helen, both on the phone and email.

- the incredibly detailed photo-diary of the process.

- the quality of the finished product (a lovely, uniform
black coating on the underside of the car).

My aim was to preserve my new-to-me 20 year old (but only 3 owners and 40,000 miles) Nissan 350Z Converible as much as possible. Fortunately, the years had been kind and Rustec confirmed when they inspected it that it was essentially rust-free. After their intensive (4 day) treatment and with annual check-ups/top-ups, I hope to keep it like this.

Brilliant experience from the get go , from initial inspection to see if I was too late and rust had eaten my car to booking in for the full dinitrol work’s on the car . Everything fully explained and demonstrated, the booking in system is great and quick , a few other garages could learn a lot from these guys as regards to customer service and technology .All the guys and gals are friendly and very communicative, regular photo updates , courtesy car what are you waiting for ??? You won’t regret it .

I recently took my 2016 MX-5 ND here for a full treatment, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

From the moment I dropped the car off, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My MX-5 is a car I care a lot about, so it was reassuring to receive regular updates and plenty of photos throughout the process showing exactly what was being done. It gave me real peace of mind knowing the car was being looked after properly.

The work was completed surprisingly quickly, and the courtesy car made things really easy while mine was in the shop. They were also very accommodating when it came to arranging drop-off and collection, which took a lot of the hassle out of the process.

What impressed me most was the communication. I was kept informed every step of the way, and it genuinely felt like they cared about both the car and the customer. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare these days.

The quality of the work looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in what they've done. I look forward to the future inspection/services, and I'd happily trust them with any vehicle, especially one that's a bit special to you. They provided very useful daily email updates and photos throughout the process, leaving me feeling that I’d definitely made the right choice.
