"How can one company generate so many positive reviews"?

I thought, before committing to purchase a cart from
Sack Trucks - However after my purchase from them, I understood why so many of their customers rated them so highly.
A tyre on the cart I purchased would not hold air pressure as a result of a faulty tube, so I telephoned them for a resolution and to my great surprise, a new one arrived at my door, the very next day.
Now that's what I call exceptional service - Well done 'Sack Trucks' - you are the first company that I will contact in the future to buy products that you sell.

I needed 2 replacement wheels for my sack truck. The sales department was professional and efficient. My wheels arrived within 24 hours of my telephone call. Superb service.

I needed a stair barrow to bring a heavy cast iron radiator downstairs - without the sack barrow I would have been impossible.

Easy to understand site, truck was brilliant used for festivals got all our kit on it in one trip from car park to camp site and my mrs doesn’t travel light.

Well built Sack Truck, my main gripe is that the l
handles could be longer, I'm 6ft 2in and it's a little awkward. Also the actual handle grips could be better, the hard plastic does not afford a good grip when moving heavy loads. (I roughed mine up with coarse sandpaper which helped)

Loved the colour but importantly it is very strong as well as being relatively light. Fully recommended. Have used it to move heavy and awkwardly shaped flower pots around the patio which are too heavy to lift by hand. Good value for money.

Excellent sack truck. We use it to move pots around the garden, of which there are many. Easy to manoeuvre.

The business I work for bought two electric pallet trucks. We eventually needed one so made a return - this was not straightforward as I had hoped but the 5 star review goes to Suzanne for following up my query and achieving the refund for my business - it's important as we were honest through the return and were refunded - thanks for doing this - the other pallet truck is great also :-)

Delivered promptly and performed exactly as anticipated. Truck is of a very high quality and joints are robust enough for the heavy use it was intended for.

Unlike most reviews my 'heavy duty' platform truck arrived in good time. However it is made from the cheapest components in China and is no way capable of the 450kg advertised. Please shop elsewhere, this product is terrible. SackTrucks and BristolToolCompany are part of the Austen Group Ltd, I've come across them before with the same quality issues, different products. Check before you buy and avoid.
