We usually like to arrange our holidays ourselves, but I am so glad that we approached Africa Exclusive to help us plan our trip to South Africa. They asked lots of questions about the type of holiday we were looking for and then designed a personalized itinerary for us....it was perfection!! We stayed in beautiful hotels and safari lodges in Cape Town, the Cape Winelands and the Madikwe Game Reserve and were so well looked after throughout. Their expert knowledge and attention to detail meant that we got to experience things we would never had known about otherwise and ensured that we didn't have to think about a thing other than enjoying ourselves. Thank you Africa Exclusive, we will be back.

We have just returned from our first family safari, ten days in Kenya (with kids of 12 and 10). We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday and the itinerary Paul Hawley put together was really great. I had been recommended an itinerary with another company by friends, but Paul made extremely well-informed and sensible comments to come up with what he felt was a better and more balanced itinerary. This advice was excellent, with three different types of lodges and very different experiences in each one. Lewa House was a great start and we enjoyed the conservation aspect and lots of black and white rhino. Saruni Samburu was a fantastic mix of wildlife and culture – as well as excellent game viewing, we did two great walks with our Samburu guide and the kids loved making fire, throwing spears, shooting bows/arrows as well as just talking to the guide about their traditions, culture and lifestyle. The Saruni Samburu lodge was amazing too. Saruni Mara was a great way to finish - there is just so much wildlife in the Mara, especially the big cats (which the kids love), as well as another great lodge experience. The organisation from Africa Exclusive was seamless, both in advance by Angie Sumnall and in Kenya by Cheli & Peacock. I am sure we will do another family safari at some stage and given the experience we had I wouldn’t hesitate to use Africa Exclusive next time. Thanks for your help in making a memorable experience.

We have just returned from a great Adventure to South America and Antarctica, as my wife suffers from MS we need everything to be in place and organised before we go, which it was down to the. Private transfers from the airports and the excellent guides in South America. The ship
Silver Explorer was excellent with a crew who would do everything you
wanted, Hotels and the Iguazu Water Falls were truly breath taking.

Brilliant service, the team really listened to the type of holiday that we wanted and planned it perfectly. All of the transfers ran smoothly and the properties we stayed in were excellent. The entire family had a great holiday.

A friend of mine went on Safari with Africa Exclusive and came back exuberant with the experience that they had had. We spoke to Ross Cambray who listen to what we would like to do and tossed a few ideas around as to the type of accommodation and the animals we would like to see and the suggested a few days rest and relaxation on the beach in Mozambique.He put together an experience staying at several lodges in Botswana - the trip was beyond what we expected. The travel arrangements all fell into place and it is easier to list the animals we did not see rather than those we did. At the accommodation on safari everyone was so welcoming and the guides very knowledgeable. We did have a slight problem at one of the lodges which I shared with Ross on our return. I soon had a response from a Manager of the Lodge Company accepting our comments (I think it is the first time I have received a response to a comment) The hotel in Mozambique was just as described. All I can say is that when we choose our next holiday we will be going with Africa Exclusive.

We are a family of 6 : two adults and 4 kids , ages 15 (2 X twins) , 13 and 11 and this was our first time family safari experience . The result : hooked for life , al of us ! Kids had a more than great week (mam best holiday ever!) with an iternary that afica exclusive hand picked for us and they really made an effort to make our trip hassle free . Not only the trip concept was well thought through but also the execution was great ,with serious eye for detail !

My wife and I plus 3 boys, 13, 12 and 9 spent a week in Tanzania on Safari, Kiba Point in Selous, and then a week in Zanzibar on the beach, at Breezes. I was initially concerned at spending this amount of money without ever meeting anybody, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The attention to detail was fantastic, the organisation, both in the planning and execution was faultless. As anyone who has spent any time in Africa knows, it is rarely enough to have organised something which you think will work, carrying it through to a successful conclusion is the difficult part; Africa Exclusive and their in country partners did it superbly. The whole holiday went exactly as planned.

On safari the guide, Hamza, was simply wonderful. Knowledgeable, personable and great company, he was particularly good with our eldest son, James, who has Down’s syndrome and made sure that we could all fully enjoy the wildlife and experience. At the Lodge, Milton looked after us immaculately. Our youngest son had his ninth birthday while we were there and it was unbelievable how the staff at the Lodge had gone out of their way to make paper decorations for the dinning room and sing happy birthday to him in the morning. This summed up how well we were looked after.

In Zanzibar, Breezes Staff were superb. James became something of a minor celebrity amongst the staff, which seemed to allow him to get drinks or served more quickly than anyone else and also showed just how caring and attentive everyone was. The Manageress was exemplary and would often come and talk to us and ask our opinion on things. When we left she and other members of staff said goodbye in the lobby and seemed genuinely sad to see us go. A lovely touch.

This was the perfect holiday, Africa Exclusive did exactly what they said they would and provided us with the trip of a lifetime with an itinary matched to what we wanted. They then executed the plan to perfection.

In September I went to Kenya for 2 weeks. I had the most amazing experience and I can't thank Africa Exclusive enough for putting together the perfect itinerary and seeing to every detail. I felt from the beginning that Paul Hawley was actively listening to what I wanted, and then he helped me get that perfect trip itinerary. He was able to put himself into my place as a first time safari person and knew exactly how to make that experience amazing from beginning to end. I'd also like to thank Hayley who was our trip coordinator. Again, she was wonderful and saw to every small detail. We felt so well taken care of in Kenya, and the folks on the ground there were all wonderful to us. I wouldn't think of going back to Africa without using "Africa Exclusive" for the next trip!!! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We used Africa Exclusive 2 years ago for 3 week trip to South Africa and we had the best vacation. They did a great job of creating the perfect itinerary for our family (2 girls ages 7 and 11 at that time). The game reserves we visited were amazing and the lodges were spectacular. The itinerary had the perfect mix of wildlife viewing, cultural experiences and relaxation. Last year we used a different travel agency for a trip to China and realized all travel agencies are not the same and don't have the quality control processes in place to ensure that customers are getting the type of experience that was promised. This year Africa Exclusive booked a 4 week trip for us in Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and Botswana. The trip included 9 camps, multiple air transfers, boat transfers and car transfers. Through the whole trip we had no issues. The trip again was perfect for the family with lifetime of memories. I would highly recommend Africa Exclusive and the sister company Exclusive Adventures.

From dry rivers in North Luanga to water everywhere in Lower Zambesi we got a bit of everything and we were very happy with the way that Afica Exclusive listened to our preferences and designed an itinerary to fit.

We are very pleased to share our great safari experience we had with Africa Exclusive last August. We spent 9 days in an Out of Africa set up, all exclusive with Norman car safari lodges ( 3 different camps) in the South Luangwa National park. Simply fantastic!
It took me 20 years to see 2 leopards after visiting more than 30 african countries, here it was basically 2 leopards a day, no doubt, this turned out to be the best safari ever thanks to a top notch organization by Africa Exclusive looking for exclusivity only.
These people are highly professional, we can only recommend them if you are looking for something out of the ordinary. We can assure you that you will not be disappointed. We have also been to Myanmar with them and the outcome was as unique with great memories to share.
We are looking very much forward to booking with them again as we were highly satisfied twice. This is definitely a company you can trust, because the persons you are dealing with do care about their clients and that makes the whole difference.

We spent 18 days touring Tanzania on safari and visiting five locations. This is our third trip with Africa Exclusive. The reason we come back (and why I would recommend them ) is the time and care that they take to listen to what you are hoping to get from your experience. Then they draw on their vast experience and expertise to deliver it. Conversations and email exchanges with Paul resulted in a wonderful holiday which fulfilled ( and exceeded) all our wishes and expectations. Ross chambray managed to put together a holiday of a life time for us.we stayed in three camps and two lodges each complemented each other and the four different parks culminating in watching the migration at the mara river.our guide Cheddie from nomad took us 800miles mostly game viewing! And became our good friend his knowledge of wildlife was amazing as was his ability to find it and make every day different.the staff at Dunia camp were exceptional and made my Serengeti dreams come true.when I received the beautiful bound itinerary I did not expect it to mirror exactly what we saw and were we stayed but it did.the whole trip was perfectly organised and we did not have to worry about anything and just enjoy ourselves

Having used Africa Exclusive for a Safari a few years ago we decided to use them again for our trip to SE Asia. Once again it proved to be a wise move. We had an amazing holiday visiting four countries. We took 11 flights in 21 days staying in 10 different locations all without any hitches. Exclusive Adventures had planned every step of our holiday meticulously from airport transfers to restaurant bookings, from horse riding in Cambodia to Elephant riding in Laos nothing was left to chance.

We had a truly fantastic time which we would have been unable to put together ourselves!

We were a party of 9 traveling to Peru for culture, and adventure. We chose Exclusive Adventures because of our experience with our African Safari and we will continue to use them in the future. We were very impressed with the quality of our guides. They made all the tours and historical and cultural explanations fun and informative. The hotels that Exclusive Adventures chose for us were perfectly suited to our styles and desires.

Four of us went on a June, 2015 African safari organized by Paul Hawley of Africa Exclusive, a company based in London. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Every aspect of the safari, from ground transportation, to lodging, to special events was handled perfectly. Paul had helped us pick the camps to visit and his recommendations exactly matched our expectations. In July this year we went on our first, of hopefully many, safari adventures. It was spectacular and we are so happy we went with Africa Exclusive. From start to finish we were well looked after in all aspects, from the planning stages of the holiday with Paul through every single leg of our trip. Every single person we spoke to at Africa Exclusive was kind and patient and happy to look into anything you needed or wanted to know. They kept us fully updated on every aspect that we needed to know about and all the paperwork arrived in a timely manner, was clear and prepared us thoroughly for our trip. We did not quite know what to expect having neither been on safari nor used a travel agent before, but we are converts to both now! We could never have achieved the hassle free adventure they organised for us - it was brilliant.

We recently returned from our vacation in Brazil and Peru, which was planned by Africa Exclusive. As we have experienced previously with them, everything went off without a hitch!!. We all had a great time and appreciated all of the suggestions made by the experts at Africa Exclusive.
