Excellent service
Excellent service - I needed to replace all the locks at my house before I went away. I spoke to them and they said the normal turnaround time for the keyed-alike service was 5 days, which would have been just in time.
However they offered to request a priority job for me because of my requirement. I ordered the locks at lunchtime on Thursday and they arrived Saturday morning! This meant I was able to complete the change early and get peace of mind.

Very easy experience from ordering the safe on line to the delivery and fitting. The fitters were great, very prompt, efficient and tidy. They were very friendly and I learnt that they fitted all the safes for my husbands company, Cornish Bakery. Happy days 😁

Great company let down by the chosen logistics company
If this was for the service and communication for Safe.co.uk then it would definitely be a 5 as Carole in their customer services was excellent. The reason for a 3 was that it took their supplier 10WD. (16 calendar days) and 3 attempts to get my safe delivered. The only reason it wasn’t a 1 was Carole. I have posted a review of the logistics company (DX) the supplier used but once they changed the logistics company to Palletways thanks to Carole’s intervention the pick up was confirmed 1pm one day and it arrived the next day before noon with a phone call from the driver 30 minutes before he arrived. If that had happened to start with then Safe would definitely be a 5. All in all however I would not hesitate to use them again if I require another safe.

Very good customer service, ammo safe on back order for sometime offered alternatives.
When I choose an alternative I was given a discount.
(Although the Friday delivery ended up being the following Tuesday, due to bank holiday).
