OK but not 5* for items dispatched direct from the manufacturer
Ordered a £400+ safe and fixing bolt set. Marked as 'dispatched' the same day. Tracking reference didn't work throughout. Called on the last day of the 5-7 day delivery window and Safe organised a replacement which arrived the following day ... without the fixing kit. Safe refunded the cost of the fixing kit when I asked. I suspect the issue is down to the order being through Safe but being despatched direct by the manufacturer. In stock items may be better. An OK but not a 5* 'customer journey'.

Bought a safe from them
Bought a safe from them, still not delivered after two weeks while they are stating to deliver in 5-7 days. Called them numerous times for updates but still no clear date of delivery.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in receiving your order.
This item is built to order by the manufacturer, Brattonsound, and usual turn around for completion and delivery is 5-7 working days, as advised in your dispatch email. However it did become apparent that production was behind and some orders were impacted by this and deliveries were later than expected.
I appreciate this was very frustrating and inconvenient for you and again, I am sorry that we didn't meet expectations on this occasion.
