The Team at London a King’s Cross: Raul, Conroy, Niall and Syed were superb at every stage of the sign up and getting things organised. Also communication was very prompt and they went the extra step at one stage without any problem whatsoever. 5 stars 🌟. M

Storing papers, leaflets and other office stuff, as we are moving to a more work-at-home basis and don't have a permanent office space anymore. Great service, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

I paid for a whole month storage (month of September) and I managed to clear the storage within 2 weeks. I had 2 more weeks left to use the storage. I had a moving company clearing the storage for me. They left the lock at the storage. The next day Safestore from king kross called me and asked me if I will be using the storage for the rest of the month (I had 2 weeks left to use it which I have paid) I said I dont think so. At the end of the month when I went to return the stoarge key-fob, I find they rented out the storage unit since I cleared it out, even though I paid for the whole month. If this is the case a 2 weeks refund should have been returned to me. On top of that my lock which was on the door and I paid for it, it is missing. My moving company left my lock at the door unlocked but Safestore said they dont have it... and to make the experience worst, I was charged twice on that month (according to them was an error). I had to call them and make phone calls to my bank in order to recover the full month worth payment. Very poor experience and I felt a complet disregard attitude customer service behaviour from the reception staff (specially from the manager). No resolution was offered to me whatsoever. Very dissapointed with it all. They could not even bother to replace my lock that I paid which according to them "has dissappeared" and "they dont have it".But they took it upon themselves to rent out the unit I have paid for a whole month and rent it out to someone else without refunding to me the 2 weeks worth that I had left to use the storage (and without telling me). All they care about is money. I will never use this storage again.

Josh was brilliant at helping me sort out a new contract with a good price, when I had to extend my stay at the store.

He was helpful with showing me alternative rooms, followed up with phone calls as promised and very kindly went the extra mile with helping me move some stuff when I swapped rooms.

Friendly and efficient service - thank you Josh, I will recommend.

Danny went above and beyond by calling me on short notice and accommodating my situation. He was highly knowledgeable and made the process seamless.

Excellent standard of customer service from Adam and Daanyaal at the Kings Cross branch. Both answered my many questions clearly and very patiently with great attention to detail. Adam followed up our initial telephone call with emails as promised and everything was simple to follow. Daanyaal later helped me out regarding my reservation and then again when I arrived at the branch, ensuring a straightforward experience accessing my unit. Professional, friendly and efficient service, much appreciated, thank you.

I've had to use these guys twice at the Kings Cross location. And both times they gave 1/2 off the first 2 months. Always very professional and friendly. The place is super clean. I highly recommend.

Be careful of the "honey trap" - if you have to store things for more than 12 months then just don't. Henfield at SE18 are friendly lovely and efficient and never have hikes like these guys. My fees jumped £328.00 to £445.00 (incl VAT) up 35% in one year 12 months later. I tried to get a bigger unit as my friend died of COVID to store more stuff. I emailed the managing director and there was absolutely zero compassion. These guys are in business, not a charity I get that but my existing unit after hearing this news went up 35%. The area Manager called me after the email sent and explained demand is high and try outside London even may be with another company. Loading up the van again and off I go to Henfield (who had an 8% increase last year) NOT 35% and never double figures. 35%!!! Good for them. Try not to fuel this behaviour guys.
