Excellent team and great customer service

I’m very happy with Safestore and honestly would not want to go anywhere else. The whole team are always friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help with literally anything.

I have been at the storage nearly every day for over a year now, and the staff are always very helpful, including taking in parcels or temporarily storing them for us when needed. They are also always happy to advise regarding payments, help work out the best prices and find the most suitable option.

Before coming here, I was moving storage almost every year and I have probably used most storage places in Stockport and the surrounding area over the past few years. This is the first time I have actually decided not to move, and that is mainly because of the professional customer service and the great team here.

The location is also very good, with easy access to the car park, and you can drive inside with your car which makes loading and unloading much easier. Extended hours have never been an issue either, which is very helpful.

The only small downside is the lift, but even if there are any issues, the staff are always happy to help.

Overall, it is a great place with a fantastic team. Highly recommended.

Friendly efficient staff looked after my belongings for more than six months while I was planning a big house move. Just collected my stuff - bone dry, no damp or mould, no funny smells or even dust! Highly recommended.

its as blunt as stay far away from them , they are dishonest in their claims and practice's and you will 100% be conned without a care or response. Regards billing when more than one Manager/Location states to your face that 28 days added to the 24th November is the 15th of December its blatantly obvious what is going on here, how they rinse you and simply act daft when challenged. Let this be the I told you so if you decide to use this shady operator. Even the reply below that claims they are dealing with it is a blatant LIE I heard zero, hha bold dishonest con men and shareholders as stated

The staff at Stockport were very friendly and the 2 units I got were very clean, After 3 months one of the units was infested with mice ruining the beds and other boxes, Staff response very sympathetic, Advised to use the insurance taken on storage. Insurance not keen to compensate with lame excuse even after seeing photos of tons of dropping and ruined beds,
