Order placed on a Wednesday evening (late), item arrived early Friday morning. Very good timing. Pleasantly surprised by the improvement of Yodel delivery because they used to be very bad.
The item is of very good quality. Ordered to replace an equal one. Been using safety shoes for 12 years and these are the best ones I had so far, considering quality/price.
Definitely will use this company again.

Simple website to navigate, good quality products and easy to order what you want, only gripe is that they used Evri, luckily my parcel was actually delivered on time instead of just dumped somewhere random or sitting on the driver's van for weeks on end.

Firstly, great website and customer service.
I ordered the boots online as they said they were in stock.
Got an email the next day to say that they weren’t and it would be a 5-7 working day delay.
Normally that wouldn’t have been a problem but I needed the boots sooner.
I called customer service who understood my situation and offered a replacement item or a full refund.
I chose a refund which was processed the same day.

Trying to get a 7 month pair of boots replaced. They are trying to get out of it by saying there is only a 6 month warranty on the boots despite manufacturer website confirming 12 months
