A competent firm but have difficulty listening to the customer and are not good at ensuring customer satisfaction when faced with a dispute or poor work. If you use them make sure every part of the task is itemised and quality check points inserted into the contract otherwise they will say the job 'is good enough', not 'are you satisfied'. In my experience probably not a good firm to use where they have to work with other trades. Look to be ok where the job is stand alone based information in other reviews.
