The verification that I work for the company I work for (Tesco) only took 36 hours at the most, even though it claims to take up to 7 working days.

I was immediately able to transfer money out of there, it was easy to use and navigate, and everything is clear and upfront so there’s no nasty surprises when it comes to payday.

Took out a salary finance loan , ran into some financial difficulties arranged a payment plan so that I can continue to pay my loan in good faith , it was the biggest struggle getting the payment plan set up , I was messed around for days , the amount was wrong , nothing worked , finally it got set up and the payments have been going out for about 5 months now

I get an email saying I’ve missed a payment when there was no payment missed , a mark has been placed on my credit file now as a missed payment ! Salary finance don’t respond to customers , the direct debit is active and has been active the whole time , all I want is a final response so I can go to the ombudsman about this place , you are not going to get away with ruining peoples lives and their credit scores cause of a mistake YOU made then refuse to respond to customers !!

it’s honestly a disgrace and I should never have turned to this place for help
