Resposta da Salons Direct
Hi Poonam
Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issue with the spatulas.
I’ve been in touch with you directly to look into this further, and we’re currently waiting on a photo so we can raise this with our supplier. As discussed, once we know how many boxes are affected, we’ll be happy to arrange replacements for you.
If there’s anything further you need in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always here to help.
Kind Regards,
The Salons Direct Team
